Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Cornelius

Wow! Visited this place 7/26/17 for the first time. From the moment I entered the door everyone greeted me. It was like being in a cheers seen where everyone knows your name. The staff was super friendly helpful in giving me options that suited my diet. By the time I finished ordering, my food was handed to me. I stould in amazement, because I've never witness a Jimmy John's service this quick. I decided to eat outside and enjoy this amazing sandwich which was amazing, by the way. Not soon after I was attacked by a bee who thought the same. I ran away from my food afraid to get stung, because for one-time I'm allergic to bees, and two- I didn't have my epi pen. Running back into the store, One of the employees was so generous enough after seeing my distress, to run out and grab my food for me and all my belongings. He asked me if I wanted to sit inside, and I did. Needless to say, I enjoyed the rest of my food in peace while the facination of how quick every customer was attended to. While eating my lunch, I watched as other customers ordered food and got served all in the same sentence. This Jimmy John's should be made the capital of all Jimmy John's , this place meets the highest ranking star in my book for any restaurant. In my opinion, they could really show Charlotte what Jimmy John's is supposed to look and feel like. Here at this location, your sure to have your frown turned to a smile, get your food in hand before you pay for it, and leave feeling like a champ- cause that's the way this place made me feel no doubt. Next time I want Jimmy John's, I won't have a problem driving the hour to get here for great food, service, and a welcomed atmosphere. I'll be back visiting real soon. Thanks Jimmy John's staff, you no how to make your costomers...

Stopped in to pick up a quick sub during lunch hour. Man who took my order seemed irritated that I wanted to add a few common ingredients to my #3 Tuna sub, including salt & pepper! He looked at me like I asked the most oddball request when I asked for salt & pepper and then offered me "some packets" (which they didn't even give me after all!). I get back to work & the 16-inch Giant sub wasn't even cut in half! Even the grocery store and convenience store sub shops have salt & pepper to sprinkle on the subs, & I have never received a sub over 6"-8" not cut in half or quarters. Am I expecting too much here?!?!? I don't care how fast you are if you can't make a sub to order and don't provide good...

I ordered food from Jimmy Johns on Sunday around 4:30-5:00pm. The driver dropped my food off, knocked on the door and left without taking a payment. I received a phone call on this Monday morning at about 10:30am, while I'm at work, a manager asking to come to my home to retrieve a payment, because his driver usually take credit payments, and didn't know it was a cash payment. Now where I work, if this sort of thing happens it comes out of my check. The manager was rude and I do not feel he needs to show up at my door due to lack of training. With him being rude bout the situation, I will NOT be ordering...
