DO NOT GO THERE!! I wish I could give this place 0 stars. I went there once before (a year ago) it was great. My boyfriend and I went back tonight: I ordered a salad, obviously it came out first, the server didn't ask me if I was done with the salad just took my plate and set my silverware on the dirty table. Really? Then my boyfriend had ordered a meatball pasta and a margarita pizza to share. His meatball spaghetti comes out first and I sat there for 20+ mins waiting on the pizza. It finally arrives, he is finished with his dish, the pizza had no flavor. Very little cheese, mainly crust, and the sauce had no flavor. We complained...They brought us a pepperoni and mushroom pizza we thought you can't get it wrong...ugh yeah, they can. Again, sauce so flavor. We complained again, at this point we just wanted the check. The server did everything she could to get us a discount, but the manager sent a message to us "SENT" she didn't come over our table to apologize, she SENT a MESSANGER that's what the server described herself as...she wanted us to know since we had taken a few bites there was nothing she could do for us...ugh yes...we need to taste the pizza and 97% of it still sitting there. So we paid for our bill and left. I hope to contact the owner this is ridiculous. Never going back. DO NOT GO THERE. Obviously the manager doesn't care enough to come apologize. According to the server she was busy at the bar so if we wanted to come talk we needed to come to her, and either way there was nothing she could do for us because we had taken a few bites of the pizza. We didn't even eat half a slice but ok. DO...
Read moreWas a patron of take out from this restaurant around the first of the year. Their card machine was down, they took down my card info on a manual slip. They charged my meal and it cleared my account on the 3rd. All good. I then pull up my bank account yesterday and they charged my account another $35, which was completely different than the first total when I was an actual patron of the restaurant. Called last night, was told a manager would be on site in an hour, took my name and phone number and was supposed to call me. Never received a call back. Was also hoping maybe they’d see they made a mistake and not process the payment, as it posted first and they would have the ability to do that, but it cleared this morning which means they still have my card info on hand almost 3 weeks after I ever went there. I disputed with the bank but I’m not happy with their follow up or the fact they’re just charging my card all Willy nilly.
Spoke with Sully(spelling?) the gm on 1/20, after I reached back out to them after never receiving a call back. Idk if they’re even pursuing getting my money back, but he had the nerve to ask me what I’d like done about it? How about refund me my money and destroy the card information you claim is “locked in your safe”. Makes you look like a bunch of crooks and if I don’t get a refund soon I’ll push it further.
1/25- still awaiting a refund, will be paying restaurant a visit in...
Read moreI'm from Tennessee and I was visiting my good friend who now lives in huntersville. I was craving pasta for my last meal before I left, so we were googling casual Italian places. This place came up so we decided to give it a try. The waitress was very nice. Out of all the places we ate this weekend, this waitress was the only one who was genuinely a nice person. We ordered the bruschetta, which is served warm. I've never had warm bruschetta but omg it was good!! And the bread was soooo yummy!! I couldn't decide between the Calabro or the Cajun chicken pasta, the waitress suggested the Cajun cream sauce on the Calabro. GREAT suggestion, it was soooo good!! And the large portion was huuuge, I made it into three meals! I even told her I couldn't handle super spicy so she had the sauce prepared mild for me. As we were leaving, there was a man outside talking to a few people (I'm assuming the owner, he was in and out a few times) he genuinely thanked us for coming. I will be back to visit my friend in July and we agreed this place is a MUST for...
