Not sure if this site does reviews by location. This review is for the Cornelius, OR pharmacy. Buyer beware Staff is friendly but beyond that........ Two specific items. First they don't have factual clue as to when prescriptions will be available. If out of stock quit promising a time that prescription will be ready only to keep repeatedly extending time multiple times. Second this particular location does not honor manufacturer 5xprescription discounts. They give you some story that they cannot honor discount because one was already applied. Called manufacturer and was told the pharmacy hadn't even tried to apply discount. The pharmacy even went so far as to tell me that I should try a different pharmacy if I wanted the discount. Read moreI just have to say I have always used Walgreens for any of my photo needs. It’s quick and easy online process. I enjoyed being able to place my order and having my fiancé or family member pick it up. Today was different. I ordered my grandma 2 pictures to pick up. When I checked out I selected to have a friend pick up so she could grab them while I was at work. The manager on shift today and other gal working the photo station were incredibly rude to her and kept trying to charge her for the photos. I already paid for the photos and had a screen shot of the payment and confirmation number. Ever after providing that, they said having a friend pick up is not an option they have. Read moreOrdered stuff from this location online to be delivered . Guess Walgreens uses Uber as a delivery partner for this service. We live in an apartment complex and when the driver got to the front of the complex he refused to look for our number. Instead of looking in numerical order he canceled the order. When calling support they had even worse customer service. They never had any intentions to helping. Refused to credit our card back and keep us on hold for over an hour trying to get a manager that was never available. Somehow they disconnected “hung up” on us after a hour with no resolution.
