We went to take advantage of the 2 for 25 dinner last night. It was obviously a slow night for them as there were only two other tables filled in our section. My husband ordered steak for his entree and clearly stated he wanted his steak cooked well. It took a while to make it to the table but at that point I wasn't worried. But when my husband looked down at his plate his steak, fries, and mashed potatoes all sat in the juices that had run off the steak from being placed immediately onto this cold plate instead of resting it and transferring it. The steak was cooked to a medium. My husband likes no pink or juice AT ALL and not only was his steak this way but now his sides were saturated in the juice he specifically did not want. When we brought attention to this my husband almost didn't want to--we had waited so long and he was starving. But I insisted and we were told they were sorry and offered a soup or salad(both of which he does not eat) so they just said sorry and made another one which took roughly the same amount of time. By the time it arrived we asked for boxes to just take it home because our two small children were more than ready to leave. When presented our bill, our waiter informs me not to worry because he took one of the steaks off of the bill. I'm sorry, but excuse me? There should have been no double charge for improperly cooked food for you to assure me you took care of anyway, you should have at the very least discounted my bill for the trouble. Read moreOn 4-16-2023 my partner and I were greeted weigh a warm welcome and seated right away. Which was great because we were hungry. The atmosphere was lively and welcoming.
I had the SW Chicken bowl and I almost fished it. The veggies were fresh and the meat was cooked to perfection. To drink I had an Arnold Palmer and Kylie did a great job making it. It was so refreshing and perfectly made.
My partner had the Whiskey Bacon Burger. They were very happy with it and finish it all. According to my partner, the burger was flavorful, the bacon was cooked just like they like it and the meat was cooked just how he ordered it.
My partner and I shared Mozarella sticks and they were pretty good.
Our server was Kylie W and she was friendly, attentive, and an outstanding server. She ensured to check in on us to ask if we needed anything else she had other tables to tend to. The rest of the staff was helpful too since they filled our water cups. The staff here appeared to work together and be team players (well at least our server and the staff that was working while we were there). I believe the supervisor/manager was the one who brought our food and he was funny and personable.

Read moreWe had both positive and negative experiences while there, Positive: We had an excellent server. Her name was Mia, she was very sweet and professional. She learned our names and our 8 month daughter's name, and was very helpful and catered to my daughter's needs. (Carrots and celery to chew on, etc) Negative: about halfway through our meal the cowboys game came on. And they BLASTED it. It was so loud it was echoing. We were far across the dining room and could not even enjoy the meal as a family. If we wanted to hear a football game blasted, we would have gone to Buffalo Wild Wings. When I mentioned this to the manager, she was indifferent and "turned it down a little" (not at all) and when I told her that we were not satisfied with the change and that we would like our check, (and that we felt that we wasted our money) she shrugged and said, okay. I said, that's fine, I will notate it in our review on google. She said, Kay. Lol, grrreeaaattt customer service. We will not be returning.
