Came here with my son for lunch on a Friday. There was a table of 3 finishing up and we had the whole place to ourselves while we ate our pretty over priced, but good tasting food. Pros: fresh tasting and looking food. Hot temperatures on the food which is nice. The burgers were decent. Nothing to ride home about. Cons: Way over priced. For the two of our meals (single cheeseburger meal large size on the burger, still same size fries) and a kids cheeseburger meal was $35.16. Looks like they serve bottle beerā€¦ so thatā€™s nice I guess. I personally wouldnā€™t come back. I like to support local mom and pop shops. Read as: GO TO BURGER BASKET!!!

The cashierā€™s Jarret and Josh where incredibly attentive and helpful to every customer that walked in, not just to myself. I am honestly impressed with their work ethic. It is my first time eating here and because of these two employees, I had a very satisfying experience. The cook made an amazing burger too!! The hiring manager did a great job, now I wonder if all day burger locations have this high quality service. Iā€™ll try not to raise my expectations. Thank you fat burger and employees!

Ordered on Doordash; 20+ minutes later received a notification from DoorDash that Fatburger had cancelled my order. Called the store since I saw that the other Corona location is closed and this location isnā€™t listed on Yelp yet so I was hoping to find out the issue.

Other reviews on here mention ā€œgreat customer serviceā€ and this was not my experience at all. The employee I spoke with had terrible phone etiquette and couldnā€™t care less about my inconvenience. My family is new to the area and wouldā€™ve been frequent customers if not for this first impression. If the manager or owner would care to respond Iā€™d like an explanation since thereā€™s only two possibilities.

Either your store needs to be removed from DoorDash due to technical difficulties or your employee intentionally cancelled my order since it was a larger difficult order. Regardless, customer service was rude and unhelpful when I called.

The whip cream in the 'vegan' shakes aren't vegan - they're milk derived. The person in the front didn't care. The manager did care, but was hesitant to change the signs. I don't even know if they really did. If they can't get the ingredients right on one food, how do I really know what else is false advertising? I don't like companies not properly checking for food allergens and risking someone go to the hospital over them. If anyone has food sensitivies - ask to see all the ingredients of everything - they will give it to you - so you don't get ill. I walked right out. Hope it gets its act together, as it's a lawsuit waiting to happen - surprised they're not already sued by...
