Lu's Bistro Chinese Cuisine — Restaurant in Corona

there is 4 of us and 4 kids, kids ate and ate nothing from here. We are about to order and we didn’t know exactly what type of dumplings we wanted, so She said I will come back when you’re ready without trying to help and let us know where the flavors are what kind of flavors they had. Then we finally get to order …our food comes out one plate doesn’t until we’re pretty much done eating mind you in between all of this drinks weren’t really refilled. People started coming so she started standing by us to see when we will be leaving or to rush us I’m sure, now the worst part was when we got the bill we paid and I put zero tip because we were leaving cash now since she didn’t like how much we left for tip she kept saying you need to leave tip you need to be tipped from here ….so we walk out and she’s like wait, She chases us out with her bill telling us she needs to do a new one to add the tip that she wants, in which case we say definitely not you charged us what you charged and we left you what we thought you deserved as tip and she gets mad and says OK never...

UPDATE:

Beef Noodle Soup: 2-Star, The soup does not taste authentic, as it should be made of beef broth, it is more spice-flavored. Not Recommended.

Combo Low Mein: 3-Stars, The Beef, Chicken & Shrimp is on the lesser side.

Ingredients: 5-Star, it's of high quality and fresh. Tastiness: 4-Star, I had the Beef Chow Fun twice, my favorite dish. Service: 5-Star, Service is prompt, friendly and attentative. Cleaniness: 5-Star. The dining area is clean. The bathroom is well stocked and kept very clean. Sodas: 2-Star. They do not have a soda fountain, sodas are served by the cans at $2 each.

This is a new restaurant in the 99 Ranch Market Shopping Center off McKinley, offering traditional home-style cuisine. I ordered the Beef Chow Fun twice, it has the most amazing tender-cuts of beef and in good portions. The other dish I ordered was Shrimp with Scrambled Eggs, the shrimps are quite large and very fresh.

Clean, well light and no offending odors. Greeter (possibly owner) was loud but friendly and waitress was spot on with a menu, water and at the ready to take my order. Before entering I read the menu posted on exterior front glass and ordered the "House Special Combination Pan Fried Noodles". The picture depicted thin egg pan fried noodles w/ a variety of beef, chicken, shrimp and assorted veggies. Very visually appealing and the flavors were excellent but it all rested on a 1 inch pancake of DRY, THICK CRUNCHY BEIGH NOODLES. Not "Pan Fried"! When the waitress asked "how is everything" I asked where the thin pan fried egg colored noodles in the picture window? She said "that's what you gor" I then requested a TO-GO container, paid in full w/ owner confronting me on the way out then turned her attention to her staff.
