We were ordering and she said only cash, so we said we only carrying cash so it's good. 20 seconds of silence then she said is cash ok because that's all we are accepting so we said YES that's all we are carrying. And another silence then she said go ahead with your order. I had a coupon so I order mine and when I finished my order she didn't said anything for like 30 seconds then said my first part of the order, so I kindly repeated the whole thing again and she silent AGAIN. I said did you get that and she said can you repeat the order so I did and guess what "Silent" Again. So after me and my friend order I told her I got a coupon and after the other silent she said ok pull ahead to the window. When we pulled to the second window she was leaning to the whatever machine it was she was texting and not doing anything. Read moreI had an online order placed for pickup through the app, the app says nothing about the store being closed inside and let me select the option to pick my order up from the counter I walked there from my work which is close by and walked into the store and was waiting for 10 min before anyone even noticed me and then when someone finally did they told me the dining area was closed and then i said i had an online order to pickup at the counter and they called someone else over who i assumed was the manager and she had a rude tone and said they were closed and i had to go through the drive through then i said that i didn’t have a car and then she said well we’re closed you need to use the drive through and walked me to the door and said the doors are supposed to be closed anyways nowhere on the app did it say that the dining ours closed at a certain time and never said i couldn’t do a pickup order from inside it also says nothing about dining hours being closed on google it just says 24 hours it would be helpful if it said 24 hour drive through then showed the in store hours I’ve never had a pleasant experience with the night crew always cranky and never seems to like working there honestly i don’t know how hard they think it is to go 5 steps around the counter to get an order over a mistake that their app madd but i also was unable to cancel my order or get a refund through the app, they decorated the inside of the store nice for the promotion of the new...

I've been coming to this restaurant for the last 2-3 months, always order side of tartar sauce , which I was never charged for before, this time the young lady said she would have to charge for it ,even though I forgot to ask put it on the burger instead of mayo, and I when I said that I was never charged for it for months, she started arguing that she's worked here since March or whatever raising her voice at me , saying they always charge for it, which is not true. Next order (20 mins later) i asked for pickles, didn't get any, was annoyed with the whole situation. Asked old Asian manageress for the name of the young rude mixed African lady, she refused and became rude herself, refusing to give her own name also, raising her voice and threatening me with calling security. Worst service ever!! All this happened roughly between 8-8:15 - 8.45pm on Friday December 27. I waited for the security for half an hour writing my complaint to McDonald's.
