Nano's Taco Run — Restaurant in Corpus Christi

Placed order at 6:33am picked food up as I was coming from store at 6:40am (literally the lady takes my credit card) as driving home 6:42am take a taco out to eat noticed it was cold. Check all other tacos and same thing. Call and speak to lady there ask why and the only thing she can tell me is it should be hot! I'm not a cook or anything but there is no way that my cheese on my beans shouldn't be melted. My potatoes cold to the touch! Which now leaves me to believe they store their food and sometime reheat it. First time this has ever happen to me. Receipt and call history don't lie when putting the time it took from order to receive. In 7 minutes no way in hell should ANY of my tacos be cold like they were taken out the refrigerator and someone forgot to warm up yesterday's food! Last time I will ever eat her which I'll let others know as well.

There are other taco places out there with fresh cooked food daily. While reading other reviews I just noticed this issue with cold food has happened in the past. I guess management there condones this type of behavior to save a buck. Please people be careful what you order and before you leave the window ask and verify that your food was made fresh within...

The food is not good enough to take an hour for 3 tacos. Absurd wait times! Time to fix your systems and your staffing

Edit: I ordered my food at 10:55am and didn't get it till 12:52pm. I called the restaurant multiple times and they kept hanging up on me before I could even say anything. They kept saying "we aren't taking phone orders bye" multiple times when they answered. Finally they answered "hi how can I help you" and I said I was asking about my order and they said "we're very busy" and then hung up. I don't feel like the food is good enough to over look this poor customer service. On top of that, by the time they filled my order they were out of Aguas Fresca Lemonade and didn’t include any hot Nano’s Hot Sauce including the extra side of 8 oz hot sauce that i ordered. they had no trouble charging me for it though! service is trash and food is sub par. whoever is leading this establishment needs to take a good honest look in the mirror and realize that the problem starts with them and their...

I've been coming here for over 10 years and today I was really disappointed with my experience at Nano's Taco Run. They were out of hot sauce, which is one of the main reasons we go, and we weren't informed until we received our tacos, and they also ran out of flour tortillas and put our breakfast tacos on corn tortillas without informing us. To make matters worse, the tacos were cold, and the cheese wasn’t even melted. The staff didn’t communicate any of these issues while I was ordering, which made the situation even more frustrating. This negative experience could have been avoided with better communication and preparation. If we were informed of what they were out of prior we would've adjusted our order and went on our way with a good experience. Unfortunately, lack of communication and then quality of food on top of it made it enough for us to not want to come back, no matter how good the hot sauce is.
