Poor communication. I ordered ahead of time, they took my phone number down, and I waited the requested 20 minutes for my order to be ready. Drove down there and parked in space #1, in front of a sign that said for to-go orders, which my order was, to call the number on the sign and they would bring me my order. I call, and they ask me to wait in the drive thru. I told them it was a call in order, and they insisted I wait in the drive thru line like everyone else. So I'm car #5, waiting in line as if I hadn't ordered 20 minutes in advance. Finally I get to the menu, and they ask me for my order. I say I've already ordered, but you have me waiting in line like I haven't ordered already. They ask me to pull up, I respond that I can't, because there are 3 cars in front of me. Finally I get to the window to pay, and they try to give me somebody else's order, a small order. I ordered 3 dinners, which is why I ordered in advance. They finally get the right order, and I explain that I parked in front of the sign for pick up orders, and I was requested to wait in line like it was a drive thru order, and that last time I ordered to-go, they came to my car, like the sign said, too my debit card, returned with my order and debit card, and I was out of there. The cashier, confused, looked at her coworker. Her coworker explained, "we are busy." I understand if you're busy, or short handed. I work retail. Communication is important when it's busy. The person taking phone orders could have explained how busy they are, that phone orders, although welcome, are an impossibility at the moment, just head on down and wait in line at the drive thru. I would happily have complied. Instead, I'm waiting 20 minutes, then driving down there, and their to-go service is dismantled, with no...

I changed my rating because I feel that people like him are deserving of having a successful business. His employees should learn from him.
I cannot believe what just went down at this place. The man at the window was extremely rude and impatient. Said I’d have to wait 15-20 for tea. They took 10 minutes at the widow so I ordered the tea. I waited a total of 30 minutes. The man was so ugly when asking for a refund. I finally spoke up and gave him the same energy back. He yelled “whatever, whatever!” While waving his hand around like a child and slammed the window. I called and spoke to manager and she said he was overwhelmed and has a lot on his shoulders and that “maybe” that’s why I thought he was being rude. She didn’t seem to care one bit. I told her he wasn’t trying to be rude, he was rude. She agreed but kept sticking up for him. Also, trying to put blame on me for reacting to his actions. She eventually said, “what do you want me to do? I’m not the boss, I can’t fire him” and “that’s the way he talks, I don’t know what to tell you”. I tried explaining that she had his back and didn’t even try to see my point of view and she said “I said I’ll talk to him! Have a nice day!” and hung up on me as I was still talking her. I tried calling back to get her boss’ number but they never answered. I’m in awe of this interaction. I can see why they aren’t as busy anymore. They are both so unprofessional and lack basic common courtesy. If I was the owner I’d get rid of these...
Read moreI had to wait 58 minutes for my order which was fine because they said wait time was an hour... I wasn't upset about that at all. They forgot one if the orders so as a couple he ate first because I didn't want his getting cold. They didn't apologize when I called, but they said they would send the driver right back with the rest of the order. Let Me reveal that they are less than 2 blocks from my house. 32 minutes later my honey got irritated and called to find out what happened. He was super nice and played it off like he wasn't sure if they knew they had forgot something despite my call half hour before. He was told that they knew but they were busy. I had a string of 5 restaurants and if we forgot something, rather in dining room or on delivery, that was taken care of FIRST. Well 54 minutes after my first delivery came the soup... Yes soup that's made early and scooped as needed. Asking as the original order. And it tasted rather watered down, was like warm, and everyone was already done eating so it was awkward already. I ate a couple bites and took it home for later. Piss poor service and mediocre food. I won't order again from...
