I'm giving y'all 4 stars only because the food was good. Now let me tell you about the customer service... Where do I begin. My friend and I went in at approximately noon on a Thursday. Inside were three employees and two customers who were already eating. I went to the counter to place my order. We were greeted by a young lady whose name I won't share. I requested the pot pie $5 fill up box combo. She asked, "One or two?" I said, "One." Then she asked, "You want combo?" I confirmed that I did. Then she asked, "Just one?" Again I confirmed. She asked, "Combo?" I then pointed at the picture. I pay for my order and then my friend needed to order. She had a similar experience with the girl having no idea what was going on. After we weathered through that ordeal we watched her take another guests order. He paid cash. Watching her count the change back was painful.
Now one car went through the drive through and was told to pull around to the front. It took fifteen minutes for me to get my food. Another ten for my friend and in the middle of all that they took food out to the waiting car. She had to come back in to get dipping sauces that she had already ordered.
Then I watch the elderly gentleman who was one of the two original customers in the store when we arrived ask the lady at the register if the Wednesday special country fried steak was beef or chicken. She answered with a blank stare. He then asked, "What is the meat in the steak?" She answered with, "It's only on Wednesdays." The man just walked out mumbling something.
Considering y'all are the newest place to eat in town and you're slow as molasses both in customer service and clientele you're in trouble. The food is good, but y'all ain't gonna last long with the slow and incompetent people you...
Read moreThis is the first and last time I will eat here. First walked in and thought it must be pretty decent place to eat because there were numerous customers in the store. What I didn't notice was they didn't have food, only their drinks. From time stamp on the receipt until we received our "fast" food was 32 minutes (4 tenders, 2 breasts, 2 mashed potatoes). Every table had not been cleaned off, floor was filthy, barely any napkins in the rack. When I got my Dine in order, came in a to go bag. Ok, so I'll take it out of the bag..... it was only half of the order and evidently I was supposed to eat the mash potatoes with my fingers.... Went to the counter after finally receiving the remainder of the order to ask for 2 spoons. No explanation, was given 2 forks, ok, I'll go with it. I accidentally dropped one fork and stood for 2 minutes at the counter trying to get a replacement. Then the girl handed me a fork and said they were out of spoons. While enjoying my meal including cold mashed potatoes, I got to observe the comical, however not safe, actions in the drive through. Obviously, they had not included all the required items as a vehicle quickly reversed about 15-20 feet to the drive through window ((hope whoever was behind was observant). I watched multiple people get the wrong or incomplete order. Owners/managers need to wake up! If not, soon Corsicana will be will another brand new vacant building. I can't see this place staying open long...
Read moreI am so disappointed with my experience tonight (3/8/19). I went through the drive-thru. I ordered a famous bowl meal with a large dr.pepper, and a famous bowl, by its self for my 2 year old, and a Nashville hot little chicken sandwich. I get to the window, there were 2 ladies at the window. 1 of the ladies was kind, she repeated my order back to me but it was incorrect. As I was correcting it, she called over the other lady. This one then got an attitude and huffed and puffed and rolled her eyes at me and said that is not what I ordered. I repeated my order for a 3rd time and said this is what I ordered. She and the other girl began talking and she got an even bigger attitude and was yelling that it’s only a penny difference why couldn’t I just take what they had given me. She said they would give me the penny. I told her I do not want any money back I just want my order as I have previously stated, I said the money is not an issue I just need my order as my toddler will not eat all of it. She then told the other girl to just give me everything so she did. The customer service here is absolutely horrible! I don’t know if she was having a bad day or what but you never take it out on the customers! I highly doubt I will be back, I left with the incorrect order and didn’t even feel comfortable enough to go back and have it fixed I just said screw it. McDonalds has better customer...
