I’ve been here many times and have had okay experiences. Today while watching the local jam band, we were met with hostility from the owner to the point that she crossed the road to say something to us even though she hadn’t a clue with what was happening. Short story: we had our food -nearly two hundred dollars worth- no alcohol, and had ice cream from next door afterwords (which many children were doing at tables near us). During ice cream my son was suffering a medical emergency so my husband brought him over to the tables away from the music so he could evaluate and see what needed to be done. At this time, my mother cleaned up the table, put ice cream on plates and left to switch places with my husband so he could help me get the bikes. We were actually not done with the table because we had a few things we needed to get, but while walking our bikes back to our son, we were met by the owner across from the restaurant getting rude and hostile that we left the icecream on the dirty plates, and root beer bottles for her waitstaff to clean up. Anyways, I was so taken back by this interaction because our family is so respectful of restaurants, staff and the cleaning up after ourselves, that to be shamed in front people about being dirty was so in accurate and upsetting to us on many levels. As someone who dines out very regularly with our family at restaurants we have never been met with this kind of unprofessional from any establishment (we live at taco vino, and other great places)- NEVER ever had we been scrutinized about our cleanliness'. This restaurant has lost my respect. Also, I hope you’re reading this lady, but your bartender and yourself could use a lesson in kindness, respect, professionalism, and some business/customer etiquette- hell, maybe some friendly smiles as well. Maybe she had to many whiskey shots so she was able xtra...

Came here for a late night dinner with my boyfriend. We looked at the menu and decided we would sit and eat. We each ordered a shrimp poboy which came with a salad or chips, but they were out of chips. We asked the lady if we could get a caprese side salad with an upcharge and we're immediately shot down with a rude "no" but felt more like "why would you even ask?" No biggie. We ask them to clean our table before sitting, which has clearly been left dirty for some time. Lady cleans it but seems annoyed by us even asking. Sit down and wait for our food. The same server/bartender sat at the POS the entire time talking with someone at the bar. Got up to ask for a mojito- they said we don't have any fresh mint. I ask if they have any herbs at all because I wanted something refreshing. She says no and doesn't offer me anything else. By this point, I'm starting to feel more and more annoyed by the service. Finally get our food. It's literally 1.5 shrimp on a baguette that's been cut into sliders. Not a poboy baguette sandwich. There's barely any Chipotle aioli, and the bread is only lightly grilled on the inside instead of toasted, like the menu states. We payed $17 for a crappy sandwich and ended up getting more food to satiate us. The way they treated us felt like it was a chore for us to be there while their establishment wouldn't be open without business. Between the terrible and rude service to the food-...

When we went to the bar to order we stood there for several minutes while the bar tender talked to a couple in front of us that she knew while one employee said bye to everyone and left and another waitress ignored us and counted money in front of us and then went over to the other side of the bar counting tabs and standing there. When the bar tender finally got to us her tone changed and it was like we were an inconvenience. When my husband and son went to ask for a refill, they stood in line for 5 minutes (2nd ones in line) and still hadn't been helped, so we just left. The food had no flavor. We returned the root beer as it was carbonated water with what was supposed to be flavor mixed in, but had no flavor. The cheddar and pepper jack Mac was just noodles with something resembling watery cheese sauce and had no flavor. The nachos looked delicious and reportedly had 3 kinds of cheese on it, but looked and tasted like powdered cheese with no flavor. The chicken on the nachos was dry and had no flavor and the vegan chili had no flavor. The only flavor or taste came from the guacamole and sour cream on top. The burgers were okay but the bun was over cooked. The pulled pork sandwich was bland as well and didn't have enough sauce. Also, the chairs are dirty and stained, the bathroom looked like it hadn't been cleaned that day and was out of toilet...

I came by on a Thursday night and there were only two other parties present -- not busy at all. The staff were incredibly kind and the bartender was very knowledgeable about the food and drinks available and was eager to answer my questions. The atmosphere was funky and wonderful, definitely a good place to come and vibe. You can't get bored here as there's always something interesting to see on the wall, as they have many interesting framed posters and artwork. A great place to take your friends out to eat or get a drink -- alcohol or not, as they have mocktail options! My boyfriend got their pulled pork sandwich and I got the chicken sando, and we both rated them a 5/5. The real star of the show was the truffle fries. Pictured is their Doodlebob mocktail, which I'd rate a 4/5. Highly recommend this place! Definitely coming back someday.

Service was decent, I was greeted warmly and the bartender was quick to take my order but I would not return based on the quality of my food. I was one of 3 tables on a Tuesday night and something was wrong with literally every item I ordered! No one checked on me through out the duration of my meal. I can see why they make you pre-pay! The chicken tenders came out so dark/overcooked I couldn’t believe they actually served them to me. They must’ve of donated some of the fryer time from the truffle fries because those came out cold with a room temperature aioli. I also ordered the Hangover Helper, and none of my modifications were made - the burger was “fine” - not bad, not great but accompanied a $20 price tag Overall would not recommend unfortunately.

Literally driving through Corvallis when this gem beckoned to us from the Google reviews. I had the pub burger, he had the pulled pork with sweet sauce. Delish! Yummy drinks too, there’s a plentiful selection of brews and a skilled bartender. I had a cocktail called the Rosemary’s Baby 🤣🫣 which consisted of gin and a blueberry infusion that appeared to be house-made. The atmosphere is amazing—tiny though it may be, every available surface is covered in the best kind of kitsch and collectibles, so plan to do some wall-gazing 👀. And if you’re going for lunch, it fills up fast. We got there when they opened at noon and it was filled within minutes. This is definitely worth a stop!
