Casey's — Restaurant in Council Bluffs

I went there to get gas, I had to pay cash so I walked in. 12/13/2024 at 08:23:41 and got in line. A white woman with glasses called me over and I paid 20 on pump 7. As my glasses are fogging up and my mask is fighting with me we exchange a quick "Oh I hate when it does that" and we both laughed and I agreed. But then she goes into a rant about how no one needs to mask anymore and how masks are stupid. I've had covid several times, and I've had family die from covid so I still mask in order to keep the ones I love safe. I was headed to the hospital to see a sick family member and they are immune compromised like I am. So I told her to keep her opinions to herself and that as an American I can choose to mask or not. She was vile and spewed ableist bull at me and didn't give me my receipt after I paid. I demanded my receipt and she huffed and puffed talking under her breath like a coward. It was a quick encounter but now I feel absolutely unsafe to come here anymore. I don't care if covid is "over" I just had it again less than a month ago, I have a disability now because of the multiple infections of people refusing to mask. But it's a free country so I protect myself. I'll tell everyone I can in my community to watch out for this insensitive, ignorant, business. Since my last review im pleased to announce that service and friendly smiles from all the help has boosted from one star to 5.

I spend $200 a week at this location, I went in to prepay for my gas and was scolded like a ten year old kid, there 2 register and I thought there was 2 lines, so I picked the shortest one, was that ever a big mistake, the young girl behind the register stop me from handing my 65$ dollars to the 2nd register and pointed to her line with a couple people that looked like she scared them stiff with her rude burt lol, unfortunately my car only held 58 of the 65$ I put in there, so I went inside and there were no other people in there and I let her know how rude she was, that was a big mistake then she really started barking so I told her to shut up another big mistake lol, last thing I remember hearing is find another place to purchase your gas, funny thing is there might shift people are the best and polite people I ever encountered, once during a snow storm I overpaid the gentleman behind the register and he ran out in snow to give me 5$, cool dude, I hope I can increase this 1 star to the five it deserves, lesson I leaned from this is never tell a young lady to shut up, and with that my...

Update: after repeated attempts to contact Casey's per their instructions, it's been over a month without hearing a response. Edit: I was asked to contact you directly, which I did with a detailed description of events via the link given. This was nearly two weeks ago with no response from my messages from Casey's. I reiterate my 1 star review. I have a carwash membership and have for some time. This wash is highly problematic. I've been stuck in it 3 separate times, which is not ideal, but this is the last time I'll use it. I got stuck again. The employee immediately comes out and fills a big reservoir with hydraulic oil and restarted the wash. When I came out I found out why the machinery was low on oil.
