Huge appreciation to the staff at this location we normally go to the location in olde town bellevue and unfortunately my order not the quick easy off the order menu due to me being pregnant and needing deli meat to be cooked on the grill. The Manager should not be disciplined, she should be fired! She is rude, unprofessional and not knowledgeable about any of the protocols for helping customers with their called in orders. She has always been rude to me upon every visit and I have seen her be rude to other Customers as well. I order all of our Company catering lunches there and this will now stop!! This was absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had at a sub shop. I walked in the store was completely empty. I ordered my subs for me and my family.
