UPDATE: They've been open about a year now. As expected, service got faster. Firehouse has become our 1st choice, now, then Jersey Mike's, then Jimmie John.
They ARE new so giving allowance for that. Very small inside. Only 4 tables that seat 4 each. Crowded order area (when busy), not much "wait for your order" area. Had to stand in front of drink station which was inconvenient to those getting drinks. Whoever chose this tiny location wasn't thinking.
Took 20 minutes to actually get my order, which was only 2 small sandwiches. Hopefully they get faster with time. Sandwiches WERE good, though. Hubby had a Build Your Own ham and bacon. I had the Hook and Ladder sans onion. I was supposed to get a pickle with mine, but didn't. Not a big deal in the grand scheme.
Final thought: We will try them, again, but if wait times remain slow we'll stick with Jersey Mike and...

Not a great experience. Long wait time. They weren't even that busy. There were a couple of delivery drivers who had been waiting for a while, the man came in and asked how much longer and he was told another 17 minutes on top of the time he had already been waiting. Another driver that was there said that they had been waiting for 50 minutes. Sorta friendly staff. Sandwiches weren't that great all the meat was in the middle of the sandwich. Philly had a odd flavor, the caramelized onions and peppers just didn't cut it. Grilled would have been better, overload of mayo. When she handed me my bag it was all greasy on the outside. Bread didn't taste fresh. $6.99 for a 1/4 size sub is insane. Sorry but Jersey Mikes has got them beat...

First off I’m gonna say that Travis from firehouse subs is a literal angel! Due to an unfortunate experience with Uber eats, my order was never picked up and was claimed to be delivered when it was still sitting on their shelf in store. I called and had the pleasure of dealing with Travis who volunteered to call Uber and figure the situation out for me. Uber wasn’t much help but I just placed a second order and called the store again because I felt bad and didn’t want to worry them with making me a new sandwich.
