Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Covington

We prefer this location. It’s not crazy busy all the time. The bathrooms are nice and big enough to move around unlike some older CFAs and there’s an extra sink outside the restroom to wash your hands beg you eat. The staff if very nice and attentive. The food is always good. We usually get a chicken sandwich which is excellent. My daughter tried a keylime frozen lemonade which was delicious and I tried the new spicy grilled deluxe. I don’t recommend that at all. It only tasted spicy not flavorful. I couldn’t taste the chicken, cheese was r cilantro lime sauce. We also ordered sweet treats which were excellent as usual. I will NEVER!!! Be going back to this chick-fil-A. I did a mobile order for the drive-thru. My camera does not work on my phone so when going to the window, I told him that I did not scan the code and I told them my name. I was then proceeded to ask to pull up to the sign where another team member asked for my name which I said, I did not scan the code again Then I was asked to go park in a parking spot number four and they’re bringing out to me after 25 minutes of waiting outside I decide to go inside and after wait an additional 15 minutes they told me I did not scan the code through the drive-through and that’s why it took over 30 minutes for one chicken sandwich and one medium fry.
