WNB Factory - Wings & Burger — Restaurant in Covington

Stopped in tonight, only got my order right after haggling with a cashier to ensure that he rang it up correctly and once the receipt was printed, it still did not have an item listed that we wanted to omit, Swiss cheese on our sandwich. When I brought this to their attention customer service was not very nice. The buffalo chicken sandwich chicken strips are not crispy they are soggy, they don't have a lot of sauce or a lot of ranch. When I asked for extra ranch for the dry sandwich, he wanted to charge me after spending $33 on two plates. No thanks! I'll just go to Zaxby's next time I want to buffalo chicken sandwich, at least the chicken is crispy and I can get extra sauce. ......... previous rating, 5 star....... We've dined here twice. Admittedly, the first time was 100% better than the second time, however, I did order different food and I think I just didn't like the second plate better than the first plate.

The first visit we purchased a double cheeseburger add crispy bacon, no tom and no house sauce, add mayo with crispy fries and chicken strips plates (one to go)0. Everything was hot, delicious and exactly how we ordered it!

The facility is extremely clean and well organized - the customer service is amazing! My daughter and I also tried the frozen smoothies and they were delicious as well!

On my second visit I was alone, I purchased boneless wings with lemon pepper seasoning and vegetable fried rice. The boneless buffalo wings were literally just chicken strips cut up which I did not like and the fried rice left a lot to be desired. Some of the peas were hard on the inside and it had no flavor even after adding salt, pepper and teriyaki sauce. I'm not going to hold this against them as my first experience blew me out of the water. So, I definitely will dine here again and get something different or go back to the double cheeseburger...

Came in tonight at this location because I had been here before and it was new. I ordered a 30pc wing with large fry. The boy at the register did not know how to ring up the order. I asked him if he was new trying to give the benefit of the doubt but he just said no and specifically said all of it can be confusing..um…why is he in the register or should be shadowing someone for further training… specifically because we went through the “specifics” of 3 flavors and the style of wings and mentioned to him to start over so he didnt feel overwhelmed . So by this time there is a line behind us and some young lady came over in an attempt to help him fix things. When we finally got our order all 30 wings were the same and the 10 hot honey lemon pepper out of the order had no honey and no lemon pepper and tasted like the 20 mild that had been prepared. The young girl that handed us our food just said well it may not be right and you can just put lemon pepper on it on the side..ma’am its at least suppose to come out exactly how I ordered it and the lemon pepper on the side is if “I” want more!! I also couldve jumped the counter and made my own damn wings but did I?? She made “NO” attempt to say let us fix it and if her finger had of been one inch lower her hand wouldve touched my food with the carton/tray open!!! Disgusting!!! Then she calls the manager to come up while we were patient and the manager refused to come back to the front to confirm and/or just even address the issue since we started of with problems. I recommend staying with the sigman rd. location better customer service and better...

Covington town center location 9/19 I went to this location. I had just got off the highway from a meeting, headed in to work. I was starving . So I ordered a teriyaki sandwich meal w/ sweet potato fries. When the young lady open my food to show me regular fries were in there with an extra container with sweet potato fries I said why they did that she idk I will take them out I said it's fine im in a hurry I will give them to a coworker. So when I get to work to eat their is No Teriyaki sauce on my sandwich or any other sauce she said came with it . So I called and to the young lady she said just come when u can and we will remake it but let me ask my shift leader if that's OK.
