Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Covington

Sadly I'm stuck with no vehicle so order allot of take out. Which is killing my stomach I should add.... I order here at least 3/4 tired a week last 4 orders were terrible everything greasy and burnt but I looked past bc love the workers until I just spoke with "tom" last week I finally had a bad enough order to call so got a credit spoke to Steve or Steven.... well forgot and ordered and paid two nights ago wow my food looked like it was thrown Around in car it was burnt so then I remembered I was a dummy for paying i didn't call n complain either I waited til today accrual was going to order more food with my credit might I add Tom basically told me nothing I can do I can mail you gift certificates, I explained that Don't help me and my family eat now. Yes I was going to order more but I'm basically broke til husband gets paid Monday so can't order Much bc need to tip too. And he want very nice about it he may as well said sorry about your luck..... sorry I had to rant sorry for my horrible gramour and misspelling but again the rant lol. Soooooo guess dominos misses out on my 4 times a week 23 to 43 dollar orders everytime...... im.so upset keep in mind I was on he before anyone even answered for over an hour just to be told this.... thanks Tom..... appreciate the long hold and again I was going to order more and tip extra bc you all obviously working very hard, plus two times ago I couldn't tip so still feel horrible about that now I have to find a new place to try to like their food... We ordered Wednesday and the food was good except our brookie was black. Hard as a rock, no way they missed it when cutting it, even the cuts were wonky. Two days later, today, we ordered again, my son has a friend sleeping over. The 16 piece loaded chicken bites I ordered came with nothing on them but some buffalo sauce and there were only 10 and cold and shriveled. The pizza was old and cold, it clearly hadn't been made for our order. Their delivery times are quick, this pizza was hours old. The parm bites we ordered have almost no butter or Parm on them. We order pretty regularly, and this isn't how they come usually. I called the store and a lady offered to send a new pizza and chicken bites. I thanked her and we hung up. Five minutes later, a man calls me from the store. He says, oh she was just trying to be nice, but we're going to need to see and take the food back you got. Um, okay? He was rude about it. But no prob, cuz it's not what we ordered and it was old. So they did send a new pizza and chicken, but we already had our dip and Parm bites for 45 min and I have two hungry teen boys waiting. Just over bad customer service and bad quality control from this location. When they get it right, it's good. But they are hit or miss. When they don't get it right, they're usually rude about it. When the driver brought the new food and took the old, he wouldn't even look at me when I was trying to get the manager's name. He said, it's either Mike or Dustin I think. You think? How do you not know your manager's name? Anyway, avoid this...

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I ordered over 60 dollars worth of food and gave a 10 dollar tip. All to be disappointed again. I will never order from this Domino's again. The last time I ordered I had issues I waited a few months and decided to order again and I ordered some pasta and I got maybe 15 to 20 pieces of pasta with a little bit of salsa that's not even enough to feed my 5-year-old let alone a grown me or woman for that matter. I called them up they were very disrespectful and I told them that I wanted my money back for just the pasta everything else was okay and they said they would send a driver out to get it soon I decided instead of waiting I was going to take it back to the store cuz I had to go that way anyway they offered to remake it for me instead of giving me my money back I said okay decided to give him another chance and I was disappointed again. The manager didn't think that I seen him and two of the other employees pointing and laughing as I was getting into my car. But that's okay I will never ever recommend anyone go to this restaurant. If I'm going to spend money like that again I'll order from LaRosa's at least I really do get my money's worth there and the...
