You guys cut labor due to the covid pandemic. But that shit has BEEN over. Hire more people and get more employees in. I and all the other customers shouldn't have to wait 15-30 minutes because you guys don't want to hire more people and increase labor. Plus it's absolutely tiring that you guys prioritize drive thru above the lobby. If you guys only have 3-4 people working, you might as well close the drive thru. I waited close to 30 minutes for some tacos. That's all I had. If you cannot get this shit right, close the damn restaurant or get new owners cus the current ones don't know what they're doing. Just today I saw multiple people come in cus they got the wrong shit cus yall got one person taking orders, one person on the grill, one person getting food for drive thru/lobby/doordash, and one person making a thousand tacos and fries. They can only go so fast and I can tell they're stressed out. I've worked at Arby's and other fast food under these conditions and it absolutely sucked and was straining physically and mentally. And when employees are rushing and stressed out, they get angry with customers and they get stuff wrong. I don't blame the employees, I blame whoever it was that decided you should only have 4 employees per shift with 300 customers. I could do better than yall. Shiiiit lemme find out I can buy yall out.
Update September 30th, 2024 I got there at 3:40am and dude told me he couldn't help he was the system was about to update or some shit in "2 minutes". That's exactly what he said. I used to work at jack in the box and I worked overnight so I don't remember this happening, but online it says jack in the box systems update or whatever at 4am. I got there at 3:40am. 20 minutes. So he lied to me. But I don't blame him, he was outside rizzing up his torta girlfriend. Guess I got in the way🤣🤷🏾♂️ I wanted to try coming here more often at about this time, but I guess I'll just go to mcdonalds since I know they're open and I won't have to worry about a "system uodate" cus theirs happens at like 1am like a NORMAL store. Also dude left the drive thru window wide open. Someone could easily go in and take shit. I guess talking to women really does distract you🤣 and it's not like I go to jack in the box during the day often cus it takes 30 minutes to get some tacos. Read moreI would give this Jack in the Box 0 stars if it was an option. Their quality and customer service are shameful. I have been to this location multiple times as it is close to my home and I've almost always lived in the same area. They have a habit of getting the orders wrong, which is why I didn't go there for 3 years. I decided to make an exception tonight and my husband went to get us some quick food. Well, he didn't check the order, and he should have to, but our bacon cheeseburgers were the cheapest jumbo jacks on the menu instead of the ones he ordered, they forgot the bacon and they left on tomatoes even though he specifically asked for them to be left off as I am allergic to raw tomatoes. But the best part is that when we called to complain in hopes of getting a burger I couldn't even eat replaced, they told us we were wrong and that we had obviously ordered the wrong food. On top of it there was hair in both the burgers and in the fries that belongs to neither of us as we are both blonde and this was thick, black hair. I hope the health board shuts them down because it is the worst Jack in the Box I have ever been to for quality, customer service and health code compliance. Read moreI have always liked the food at Jack in the Box, however, yesterday May 6, 2021 wasn't a good experience and I am not blaming the person taking my order, I blame the speaker box and the traffic noise along the highway. I ordered a Jumbo Jack, and a Junior Jumbo Jack plain nothing on it along with a coke. I had to repeat my order but I couldn't really hear the order taker on the other in, so I repeated the order one more time. Problem was I believe the order taker thought all I wanted was a Junior Jumbo Jack plain, or he thought I changed my order. Anyway, when I got to the window the cost was $7. and I questioned what I ordered he said Junior Jumbo Jack and a coke and I then said I also ordered a Jumbo Jack. So, I said thank your let's cancel the order and I left.
Suggestion; the car noise along the busy highway is interfering with ordering and I believe you know this. Why isn't their a screen like McDonalds has to see exactly what was ordered?
After posting I read a lot of other reviews with one star and slowness of the service and errors with the food. I also read where the manager is always saying we will get better.
