This is just an honest review. My daughter and I went to dine in. Friendly service food was made fast about 4 minutes and 32 seconds later she brings out our entrees. I couldn’t help notice the smell of really foul, dirty rags and dirty dishes smell that we had been served on and the teriyaki tasted as if it was already made sitting for hours under a heat lamp it was not fresh. The restaurant smelled of mold and mildew.We ended up not eating our plates from the smell being off health concerns of contamination and sanitation failure of this establishment as we are processing the situation as we go . Last week my son who has a shellfish allergy got the Chicken Yakisoba. We are always super careful & don't even order him things that may share the same fryer oil w/ shrimp. So it was very upsetting when he broke out in big red welts after eating the chicken yakisoba. A week later & lots of benadryl & he is still recovering from it w/ signs of the healing welts on his chest. They obviously used the same grill for chicken & shrimp & didn't clean in between. Food was overall good, fast service, recommend that they don't drown the rice in sauce. At $15 a plate, they really should really focus on keeping the different items separated so it doesn't look or taste like one plate of mixed something or plate of slob.
Safe to assume that it's under new ownership as quality and presentation is poor and prices really shot up in the past year. Plus you can't use the restroom - how decrepit is that?
Not returning or recommending this place. There's too many other teriyaki places that is a lot better...
