Puerto Vallarta Family Mexican Restaurant has become my go-to dining destination, and for all the right reasons! From the moment you step inside, you're greeted with an atmosphere that radiates warmth and authenticity.
Let's talk about the service – impeccable! The staff at Puerto Vallarta is not only friendly but also incredibly attentive. They make you feel like a part of the family, ensuring that your dining experience is not just a meal but a delightful journey. The genuine smiles and eagerness to cater to your needs elevate the overall atmosphere and contribute to the restaurant's welcoming charm.
Now, onto the food – it's nothing short of amazing. Puerto Vallarta has mastered the art of crafting authentic Mexican dishes that burst with flavor. From sizzling fajitas to perfectly seasoned tacos, each bite is a fiesta for the taste buds. The menu offers a wide variety of options, catering to different preferences, and the quality of ingredients is evident in every dish.
What sets Puerto Vallarta apart for me is the lively and upbeat music that fills the air. It adds an extra layer of vibrancy to the dining experience. The tunes are not just background noise; they enhance the overall ambiance, making it a perfect setting for a fun night out. I always find myself reaching for Shazam to capture the name of a song because the playlist is just that good.
I can't express how much I look forward to my next visit to Puerto Vallarta Family Mexican Restaurant. The combination of exceptional service, mouthwatering cuisine, and an infectious musical backdrop makes it a standout choice for anyone craving an authentic Mexican dining experience. If you haven't been yet, do yourself a favor and make a reservation. You won't be disappointed—I know I can't...
Read moreTERRIBLE SERVICE! First, we go to be seated and there are smaller booths to the left with 2-3 patrons each, and then larger booths to the right with 2-3 patrons each and only one booth with a family of 4. Several open booths on both sides, and they decide to seat our family of 4 on the smaller booth side. We immediately ask to be moved so we can have some more elbow room. After ordering, it took 25 minutes for our food to arrive! I’ve never had Mexican food take longer than 8-10 mins. of times our waitress checked on us before AND after being served our food: 0 of times our water was refilled after being served: 0 of times our soft drinks were refilled: 0 We waited another 10 mins after finishing before having to flag down another waitress in order to get our check. SHE asked how everything was, and we said “not great.” My wife then went on to explain how her Arroz con Pollo was more like Arroz con mushrooms con onions con tomatoes con green onions with a dash of pollo. I’ve never seen Arroz con Pollo prepared like this before. The backup waitress asked if she could bring us a dessert on the house, but we were ready to leave because our kids were restless at this point. I thought maybe our waitress’s shift was over for the night and she forgot to transfer tables. No. On the way out, she was sitting by the front door, chatting and laughing with the other waitresses. Over an hour ordeal for Mexican food, which is abnormal. It’s usually very quick, which is why we chose it. We’ve had decent experiences here in the past. We wanted to try out the other Mexican restaurant across the parking lot, but we decided to go with what we were used to. We will probably never go back because of this...
Read moreWe reserved the banquet room three weeks ahead of time for our party. My wife and I went there to look at the room and confirmed the reservation. I called two days prior to confirm one last time.
So what do you think happend... They had the room filled with people eating.
They room eventually cleared except one table that they just sat in the room. I asked the owner if he was going to ask them to move to the main restaurant area and he said no. So I took it upon myself to ask them if they would be willing to move.
While I do agree It was not my job too do this, I did it anyway because the owner refused to. The couple was happy to move and we even bought them each a drink for their troubles.
The owner was very angry at me and insisted that I never made reservations. He called me a liar in front of my guest and even went out of his way to talk to one of my guest. He told them I was a liar and that I never made reseratios.
I kept my cool and approach the owner after the event was over and all my guest were gone. I asked to see the reservation book. There was my name showing I booked the banquet room. I explained that we all make mistakes. So you think he would say sorry, right.... No sorry. He blamed me and and even went to say that just because I reserve the banquet room does not mean I get it.
When my wife tried to calm the situation, he smirked and chuckled at her.
This guy is a class A jerk. All he had to do was say I'm sorry and let's make it rigth. Instead he wanted to insult me in front of my guest and to show no respect to my wife. We spent over $1,000 that night and he will never get another dime...
