Against my better judgment, we went back after a year. We were disappointed. My wife ordered a club and added mustard to it. I overheard the cashier ask the sandwich maker if she added the mustard, and she said no because she made it while the order was being placed and didn't see it on the order ticket until now. I walked away to fill my family's drinks, thinking they would make the sandwich with mustard since they were talking about it. However, they did not. The club comes with bacon, and my wife's sandwich did not have bacon or mustard on it. So they didn't just make a mistake they willing chose to make the sandwich wrong and give it to the customer. I'm not coming back because now I know they give the bad service on purpose, and there really is no other excuse.
I am not sure they will stay in business much longer if their service stays the same as today. I ordered 3 sandwiches, and one sandwich was on wheat, add onion, and mustard. We got home, and sandwich 1 was missing and not even on the recipe. I called to tell them and order a second time. My wife called me on the way there because her sandwich was on white bread with no onion or mustard. That is now 4 mistakes. I called them back and told them to remake my wife's sandwich. They then became confused and asked if I really wanted the 1st sandwich on wheat. I then realized the worker was not very bright. I explained that I needed the 1st sandwich made like the menu states, and I need sandwich 3 on wheat with onion and mustard. He said ok. I pulled up to go inside, but the doors are locked at 2pm. Covid is over, so why are the doors locked? He told me I had to go through the drive-thru. I paid for sandwich 1 and got sandwich 3. I went home, and sandwich 1 had mayonnaise on it. Not only does my son not eat mayonnaise, but on the menu, it does not list it. Cuban sandwiches have mustard not mayonnaise. We called again just to complain because this has become beyond ridiculous, but the worker argued that Cubans do have mayonnaise and that it is on the menu, when we asked for a Manger they hung up on us. I'm not going back. I'm not sure how they will stay in...
Read more215/23 I go to jj for my normal sandwich that i ordered thru the app. Its ready so i pickup in the dirvethru. Im out running errands so i didnt get a chance to open it. An hour later i make it home, showered and now im ready to eat. As i unwrapped it smelled funny. I ordered the #5 vito an Italian sub and got Tuna. My daughter is allergic so i quickly close it and washed my hands. No biggie,, mistakes happen. I jump back in the car and head there but i called to let them know because im sure that someone else is a little upset that they got the wrong sandwich. Plus i wanted to have them make it so it would be ready by the time i got there. Well i encountered a sista with an attitude whom was clearly the person in charge. She goes onto state that she CLEARLY wasnt there when it happened with an attitude. Who cares because i CLEARLY didnt know if you were there or not. What is wrong with people? Angry and for what because someone in the store messed up because it wasnt me but you took it out on me. When i pulled back up to the window she wouldn't even look at me with her rude self. Now i will say that the youngman with the ponytail working the window was very pleasant both times iwas at the window. Maybe he should take her managerial position.
I always use my app to order my food from different locations and this is the main one that cant seem to get my order right. Make it so bad this is the one by my house so i keep giving them the opportunity to make it right. Several times just like today we got oil sandwiches. The oil n vinegar is already combined so if dont shake it well u get oil. Each sandwich was also supposed to have peppers anf we didnt get any this time. Other times when theyve made our sandwich when u open it the meat falls off because they put theveggies s in first and then threw the meat on top. I frequent JJ in states all over but my home location...
Read moreThis location, Covington, was shameful. Went in to order and to my surprise, staff had Tupperware containers, mostly empty sitting on a table with soda cups also on the table. Why are they not eating what they serve? Why are they leaving tables messy and nasty? Why was the floor sticky and caused me to wonder whether or not my shoes would be snatched off of my feet cause the floor was to sticky? Why was there a large area that was sticky and visibly darker than the rest of the floor as soda had dried in the middle of the floor as you approach the cash register? I've been in this location before and it was always welcoming with nice staff and a visually clean business. Why was the female, that prepared the food wearing no face mask but the other two staff members were? There were no other patrons in the location so it wasn't that they were too busy. Not going back. Might as well have been a cheap burger joint. Just plain nasty looking with staff members that didn't inspire patrons to want to come back. Can't do it. Too much going on right now to knowingly partake in an eatery that appears to be...
