First off I'd like to say as a manager I don't appreciate the rude attitude from any service worker. There's always someone out there willing to do work a job and be grateful vs the rude ppl working at Panda Express. It was my first time going to Panda Express, when me and my partner approached the line she rolled her eyes at me like we were a bother to her, I was rushed through my order and when I told her I wasn't finished she rolled her eyes again at us. Now the fact that I was pleasant with her despite her attitude is ridiculous! The employees name was FABIOLA. During my visit while eating I noticed her giving us many dirty looks she never said thank you she was very short with us almost as if our money wasn't welcome. I went up at the end of my visit to get a To go box she still had the same unapproachable attitude all over her face like she was just disgusted with us ! Felt very prejudice because she was nice to the white people before us standing in line She instructed someone else to help me at that point and never once said anything nice. I felt very unwelcome and I wish I would of taken my business elsewhere ! As a manager that knows how to treat others on the food business I would never hire someone with such demeanor. I would appreciate if management reached out to...
Read moreUpdate- finally broke down and tried again. The lady taking orders had absolutely no customer service skills. I was met with a very unenthusiastic "What do you want?" as a greeting right of the bat and had a feeling this was going to set the tone. Then as I tru to order politely, it's "We're out of that tonight" "We're out of that tonight". I ask if they are going to cook anymore tonight and she said no. It's a couple minutes to 9pm and they close at 11pm. I said "Don't you close at 11?" She says "Yes, but we have to sell the other food first." How is that our problem? We don't want what they have left over. We'd prefer to wait for the food we'd like. We'd be paying for it after all. Guess they don't want our business. Sad that nothing has changed in all this time. I was hopeful...
They are always out of food items and will refuse to make more even if it's 50 minutes before close. Closed the lobby even for online orders so you have to sit in their ridiculous drive thru line. They won't even answer the phone when you try to call to ask a question about the online ordering pickup process. Had I known I'd have to wait in line for 45 minutes for my order, I would have skipped it. I'm not one to complain, but this was...
Read moreNo Gloves NO VOIDED RECIEPT!!! Handling cash and food. Handling bags and money. No GLOVES. The sign on the menu outside says Coke Zero. They told they didn’t have Coke Zero. Fine take the sign down. Change it... they got our order wrong. They got our drinks wrong. No power aide. When we asked for fried rice they gave us chow mein on the receipt. They was a wait for orange chicken. They don’t say hello. Thank you or please. Or even read the receipt back. We were asked to drive around and wait. Fine... then we watched as no one inside had gloves on. The girl handing us the food wasn’t wearing gloves. when I asked about them wearing gloves inside. She said the cashier doesn’t and I pointed out the tall boy dishing food. She responded oh yea... I’ll tell him. He wasn’t wearing gloves. We did not get a voided out receipt. We waited five minute before my husband went in. They told him it was voided but I’d prefer proof receipt. We were upset. It’s covid and if your handling the spoons. And then food. Bags thinking no ones watching you. What if it was health inspector or someone from the corporate office. Highly...
