Taco Bell / KFC — Restaurant in Covington

I went through the drive-through and ordered for myself and my family of four and spent almost $50 when we pulled over in the parking lot to eat our food I realized we were missing a three piece chicken tender meal so I pulled back up to the store and went in and let them know that I was missing that but that they did give me the drink so I just needed the meal. The lady at the front counter was so rude to me acted like I was stealing food. She told me that I needed to bring back the three bags of food from my car inside so she could check to make sure that I didn’t get the chicken before she would give it to me so after I told her that that was ridiculous and really bad customer service she stormed away from the front desk and told her manager I seen him tell her it wasn’t worth fighting over chicken (duh) so then she proceeded to get me the food that I had purchased and slammed it down on the counter. She said nothing else to me except glared at me and still was acting very rude as she stormed away from the counter again. That’s rude, You go through the drive-through for convenience and I’m sorry if you spend almost $50 at the drive-through I don’t think that you’re gonna waste your time going back into the store to try and steal a three piece chicken meal. Avoid this taco hell. You'd think I'd learn from my previous mistakes of eating here but nope. EVERY time I come here there are issues and I'm literally throwing money away. Tonight's order (8:30 pm) was $17 worth of food, in which I didn't receive everything I ordered (far too common at this location), and only the double deckers were somewhat edible. The tortillas used for my bean burritos tonight looked like someone's dog had chewed on them prior. They were hard and shredded up.. The beans that 'filled' the inside were crispy. No joke they literally crunched! I won't even get into their so called grilled stuffed burrito attempt because words can't describe what this one tonight looked like. I didn't have the guts to eat it which is so disappointing. There is clearly no quality control here, or any cares given when you try and complain. I've tried calling only for no one to pick up. I ordered a veggie power menu bowl with no cheese, sour cream or rice. It's pretty expensive for taco bell, so when they gave me a bowl with a small spoonful of beans and a tiny bit of lettuce I was pissed. I went up and politely asked for extra lettuce since there was almost nothing in the bowl and the older lady who looked like she was on crack kept giving me attitude about putting extra lettuce in it for me. I asked for my money back and she told me she wasn't going to refund it since I ate out of it, even though I didn't eat out of it, they just gave me barely any food in the bowl. I eventually got them to refund me my money but I won't come back here. Props to the young man who was taking orders, sucks he has to be working with such unprofessional older people at work. Must be a super stressful environment but he handled it better then the manager and the cracky old lady who kept arguing with me.
