Wow. My wife and I hardly ever eat out yet alone Wendy and we won't be going back. I ordered through the app after our baby appointment, through the app it allows you to select a certain amount of sauces per item, so I did, when we got our food I checked and politely asked the manager at the window for my other 2 sauces she abruptly refused and was borderline yelling at me at the window, she continues to tell me it will be 0.25 cents and politely told her I had chose them in the app, she interrupted me and proceeded to tell me she doesn't know why it allows us to do that but we are only allowed 2 per meal (I ordered 3 meals and only had 2 sauces, she was refusing me 2 more), I asked politely why does it allow me to choose a certain amount then she proceed to speak rudely and loudly claim she doesn't know and it doesn't matter because it's 0.25 cents or no sauce. With a firm squeeze on my hand from my wife we decided to leave while I was still calm. Whom ever the manager in blue (not wearing a name tag) was working the hours of 11am-12pm on the date June 26th, 25. They should be fired. She has 0 personality, 0 ability to dress appropriately, and 0 ability to speak calmly, politely, and respectfully to a customer, I would hate to see how she treats the employees. Food can be crappy and saves my customers service Food can be delicious and ruined completely by customer service. It's 101 and not a very hard concept. Side note food was good in the fast food way. But we won't ever go back to this location due to management. Who wants to pay the same price as a sit down restaurant and get yelled at through a window and still not even get what...
Read moreOne of the worst experiences I’ve had at any Wendy’s location. The staff and store manager are completely rude and have no sense of working at a business and treating people with respect. When asking about the $1 small frosty advertisement, the worker taking our order (Shanieyah) said that she didn’t see that on her screen and was extremely rude to us. She repeated that she didn’t see anything about the deal instead of ever offering to ask someone else for help. When we spoke to a manager she did not apologize once about her employees behavior and told us the offer was only for the app users, but the advertisement didn’t state this nor did the commercials about the deal. When talking to the store manager, Shanieyah came up to the window we were at and began yelling and asking “how was I rude?” When we tried to explain why we were upset she and her manager never apologized once. Eventually, the manager saw that there was a button on the screen, and that it was not a deal for app users only. This whole situation could have gone another way if the employees showed a small amount of respect for other people. Clearly the employees at this location need to take a lesson on customer service and what it looks like to be a decent human being in society. When we asked to speak to a general manager, the store manager told us she was not allowed to give out their managers phone number. So, my only option was to come here in hopes that the manager of this location sees this and is able to realize that the employees at their store have fallen extremely far below the expectation of being a decent human being, especially while in...
Read moreOn 7/24/20 @ 8:58 am, my husband and I went to Wendy's off Hwy 278 in Covington, Ga. We placed our order and pulled up to the 2nd drive thru window as instructed. As we pull up to the window, a vehicle was sitting approximately 2ft. from the window. The cashier attempted to open the window for us to pay and saw we were not able to pull up. As we waited for the vehicle to pull off, my husband notice a man leaning against the driver side of another car in front of all of us. We assumed that the vehicle may have stalled or just bumper to bumper accident. So, I got out on the passenger side to see if the person's occupying the vehicle in front of us was ok. The man leaning saw me and said something it which I did not make out clearly. I explained we were trying to see if all was ok. The car in front of us attempted to pull forward but unable to pull off. My husband saw the man went back to leaning and smoking casually with the person blocking all the cars. Then after the vehicle attempted pull off the person in front of all cars exited the car in Wendy's uniform. We left immediately. I do not ever want to return to this location for the response we got due to employee negligence. The thought of this attitude serving food, no thank you. I can take my business elsewhere and to think, this was going to be my 1st time eating breakfast with Wendy's. Really, really bad experience. No thanks! I hope that corporate truly reads reviews...
