Dunkin' — Restaurant in Cranberry Township

Just wow! I try not to go in here too often to begin with because the GM here is always always always miserable. Then I like the new cold foam and they are out of it all the time. I go in this morning and order my drink that I have gotten before mind you! Only to have a staff member immediately start saying we can't do cold foam on the macchiatto, over and over again? I said I have gotten it before multiple times the GM just says ok with her nasty attitude. Like she just doesn't want bothered with anyone or anything. Then they make my drink and I asked for a straw. That same staff member who rebutted my order then found need to argue with me about a straw that it's a sippy lid for the foam. That's fine! Can I just drink my drink how I want to!? WOW! I don't plan on going back in here. You shouldn't have to be fought at every turn to get your coffee how you want it that is utterly ridiculous!! I don't need to start my day that way,...

My issue is not with Dunkin in general it is this location. We always seem to have something wrong from incorrect drink to cold food. The trip I'm being asked to rate was easily our worst but we were running late and couldn't go back. We were charged for two chai lattes and only ordered and received one. The other drink ordered came out wrong. The power breakfast sandwich was ok as I recall. The other sandwich was ordered on a croissant and we were given it on a bagel. Lastly, the hash browns were cold. I don't mean room temperature. I mean cold. Horrible experience. Two weeks later a little better but not much. Got the croissant this time but it did not feel like it was heated up at all. The cheese was still in full patty and not melted at all. I go to the cranberry twp location just about everyday. Unfortunately lately the donuts have been gross, especially in the morning. Taking a bite of donut shouldn't make you want to spit it out because it wasn't completely thawed out. The donuts are supposed to be soft and not cold to the touch. Also a cream filled is supposed to be filled with more than just a little bite of filling. Today I didn't get that far because the donut was so hard and cold when I bit into it I had to spit it out. Gross!! When I get my coffee I already know to make sure to stir it up so I don't get a swig of sugar right away. Food for thought.... If you can't get someone in the store to get everything done in time for the stuff to taste right, maybe open later or find someone to do the job right. Sorry not sorry.
