Sitting in Cranberry, PA having completed another shopping trip with my love at WHBM. Have gone to shops across the country and the real +++ comes when the sales staff is top notch. Today Tanya (greetings, C-Suite take notice) assisted us on the purchase of three outfits, two pairs of shoes, and two necklaces for an upcoming key family occasion weekend. My partner knows the online scene but insists on seeing all together before buying. Selection was great (so Tanya had much to bring around that did not make the cut - and that after walking the floor and saying nay or yea to the whole collection). An added bonus was a phenomenol final sale winter jacket for a steal. Previous visits to WHBM we sometimes find the perfect item in a wrong size but with our online registration (accruing future rewards) we have the correct size shipped out along with our takeaways. Cheers to Tanya that today NOTHING needed to be completed with online fulfillment so we are driving away completely satisfied and smiling looking forward to shining at the rapidly upcoming weekend shindig. I rarely post reviews but was looking up the store and saw some negative reviews today. I am shocked to see any negative reviews about this White House black market location. I have been shopping at White House black market stores in Pittsburgh for the last 20 years. The manager at this specific store is incredible. On rare occasions when I have had any type of issue with merchandise she has always made it right. All of the employees are incredibly helpful at picking things out if I'm looking to style looks or letting me be focused if I'm there for one specific thing. I was in today looking for something specific, and before I knew it I had a whole dressing room full of clothes I wasn’t even shopping for. The worker stood outside of my dressing room the entire time, and even at one point reached her arm in with jewelry. I felt overwhelmed and ended up leaving with nothing.
