I don’t go inside of this restaurant a lot, but I do see that the parking lot never has even one piece of trash and it looks very nice, neat in the sign is always changed and looks well. More importantly, Rebecca I don’t know what title she holds. But she should be the manager. I say this because I own five companies myself, and I would poach Rebecca from you if I knew just a little bit more from her background because. She is empathetic And that is one lost art and managing because people that are supervisors or managers. Don’t realize that one if you’re kind to the customers, they’re gonna follow your lead if you’re kind to them as employees they’re going to wanna please you. You’re not gonna have to ask him to do things three times they’re just gonna do it because they respect you and they Want to make you happy. And that is how things are supposed to work when you come to the chain of command. And Rebecca, everybody, we are all human & that’s how we need to treat on another and we all make mistakes and you were here to keep my embarrassing mistake to ourselves, and that just shows What kind of person you are and wherever you are, the people around you are blessed. Thank you so much just for being kind to me and also being so efficient and knowledgeable. Read moreThis restaurant has been slow since long before covid, so they can't really use that as their excuse. But today was absolutely ridiculous. Just spent FORTY minutes trying to get a drink! Went through once, took about FORTY minutes to get chicken nuggets and a diet dr. Pepper. Ordered a large, paid for a large, they gave me a small. Whatever.... I was sick of waiting and left. Got a block away and realized they actually just gave me some kind of watered down... something... I don't even know. Went back, told them at speaker and they said pull up. So I did... one car in front of me so thought maybe it'd be quicker this time. They took the person's payment, gave them their food then brought a pup cup for their dog. Thought... oh that's nice... then they proceeded to sit there and feed it to the dog themselves while holding a full conversation all while a line backs up around the building. Tried to call a couple times to just get a refund but of course they didn't answer. Will never waste another...
Read moreI love arbys, however the location at Buttermilk Pike is terrible. We were in the Drive-Thru line for 20 minutes, finally my husband went inside to ask if they could have the person in front of us move up since there was an issue with the order, and they hadn't even started on our order 20 minutes after ordering it. The workers were just standing there seemingly in a daze doing nothing, not caring at all about the people outside who have been sitting in the line for 20 minutes. We just decided to drive away and go to another arbys location. Then we went to the one in Newport and we got right through. We had to wait a few minutes for the food, but they had us pull up like any normal drive-thru would instead of clogging up the drive-thru line like they do at...
