Imo's Pizza — Restaurant in Creve Coeur

I Love Imos pizza 🍕. I went for lunch 🍴 and man oh man it was yummy 😋. The staff was very nice and the customer service was very professional and fast. They greeted me and talked to me after I placed my order. I got a 10inch pizza 🍕 with a soda 🥤. The food was nice a and hot and I enjoyed it. I have always loved Imos pizza 🍕 ever since I was 5 years old The bathroom I will say could of been cleaner and when you run a fast food restaurant, I personally think it needs to be clean every two hours . It wasn’t super dirty but it could been cleaner 🚽. The parking lot is small so Parking maybe will be a problem. But if you get there early then you will get a spot. The inside os nice. They have a candy machine for the kids and a fridge with soda 🥤 for sale. The Restaurant is located in a mini shopping center. I would recommend this place to eat for anyone. It’s a good place to grab a bite to eat.

I know that there are staffing shortages and I expect some delays and that I may need to exhibit patience with the staff that is working. This is exactly why when I ordered the baked Mostaccioli meal, and received just sauce and noodles I was very patient and I called back to let them know. The manager "Erin" "Aaron" said hey sorry I will credit you $10 for your next order. So here it is a week later I called back for the exact same order and he informs me that I must have placed my order wrong previously and continues to go into how it was wrong. I then explain to him that the meal is titled exactly what I wanted (no explanation needed). This is a simple mistake that could have been rectified easily but he was not willing to give me the credit he offered me previously. If had known this the previous week I would have returned the food so they could correct it...

Ordered a pizza for delivery and encountered many problems with slow solutions. After waiting over an hour, we called and they said it would be 10-15 minutes. About half an hour later, still nothing so we called again. They said they couldn't find the apartment. No attempt to call and ask for directions when they were lost. They said they would make another one and send it out. So finally after a nearly 3 hour wait, the pizza was on the way. The driver called to ask for directions this time but would turn the wrong way and get huffy when told so. Finally got the pizza but they also forgot the receipt for us to sign. After such a long wait, the only compensation was some cheese bread.
