Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Creve Coeur

I placed an order this evening at 8:48pm recieved and confirmed at that time. I received a call from a young lady asking how much of a tip would I like to leave the driver, that is walking out the door with my order. I politely responded zero. I advised the young lady I am having to reorder my order from last night. I already tipped yesterday the driver who delivered my order. Unfortunately we were not able to eat it last night so we put the sandwiches in refrigerator for tonight's dinner and that's when we realized the order was wrong with the exception of the tuna little john. Her response was ok and she hung up. It's now after 9pm no delivery, that was supposedly going out the door at 8:50. Jimmy John's is now well past closed, I paid for it online. Thank you Yesmene "said" manager, her voice was the same lady that called about a tip, unbelievable.. I put to check order against rcpt to ensure everything was correct. I am asking for a response from the general manager or higher please. Per the reviews this seems common with this store.

Ordered a sandwich to be ready when I got there and it was but it was missing the drink and side. Was given both after I inquired about it. Sandwich on the receipt was listed as customized with my customization options but the sandwich was not at all customized. The bread was also harder than it usually is and nothing tasted as fresh as I'm used to.

I eat at Jimmy John's a lot but this is my first time at this location in decades. I should have listened to all the recent reviews that are 1 or 2 stars. The sandwich was substandard for even Subway and had it been my first sandwich I ever had from Jimmy John's then I doubt I would be back. Luckily, for JJ I'm a long time customer and I'll be back but not to this location.

I will start out positive about the older who made my sandwiches, he was outstanding and very clean and well put together. He made eye contact and was kind. Now for the negative which why I gave negative review!. If it was not for the counter the young man with double rings would of fell over. His deep sigh while I was ordering made want to leave. I understand that is a Job to him but it is a reflection on your company.. The guy in the Red shirt didn't seem to care either, since he was walking around on his cell phone. I am older so maybe this shows my age since I have worked all my life and would not have did anybody this way. I do realize people do have disabilities that are not visible so if that's the case I do apologize however I believe that this is more laziness than...
