I am a fanatic about LC. This location is a MUST GO (multiple times) for me whenever I visit SL. Its roast beef sandwiches are phenomenal. If you think Arby's or any other chain comes even close in taste or quality, well, I'm sorry, maybe it's not too late for a taste-bud transplant.

The tender, lean, 100%- real beef can be ordered just how you like it -- rare to well done, no/little/extra seasoning, regular or large. The more recent Italian-beef-sandwich option is terrific as well. (Reminds me of my old days in Chicago.) The topping choices are plentiful and delicious. All the sides I've tried have been fresh and tasty -- although the coleslaw is pretty ordinary.

I've had several conversations with the staff at the Olive location and found them to be exceptionally friendly, helpful, and even generous to this "frequent flyer." I'll be back in SL in a few weeks, and my mouth is already beginning to salivate. Treat yourself to one of the best...

I have been going to this location since I was a kid, and most recently it seems to have improved drastically from a customer service perspective as well as the overall cleanliness of the restaurant. I experienced issues with the app, as I inadvertently typed my email address incorrectly & could not reset my password. Tom, the General Manager seemed genuinely concerned regarding my issue, and he was able to have corporate update it with the correct email so I could reset my password. He sent me a personal email to follow-up & let me know it had been resolved. He went above & beyond for a simple issue, that as far as I can tell, was my mistake in the first place. He could have easily dismissed my issue, but appreciate the proactive steps he took to resolve. Great customer service & hospitality was provided by Tom. One suggestion for corporate: Bring back the Butcher Block Sandwiches. One of my favorites, but do like the new sandwich. I...

Edited: I didn't realize until After I left that my new shirt was ruined here a $23 shirt I've had for a week ruined by the bleach they left from wiping down the table. I don't have the kind of money to replace my clothes that frequently. I'm really upset about it.

Food was alright, I went during the lunch rush on 3/14 so the atmosphere was very chaotic. I felt the sandwiches were a little bland, but the flavor of the meat itself was excellent. The natural cut fries were delicious despite their lack of salt. They do have gluten free buns but the fries are not guaranteed to be gluten free.

They cleaned their bathrooms in middle of lunch rush leaving the wet floor sign in the middle of the doorway, which made it extremely difficult for me (someone using a mobility device to access the bathroom.
