Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Crossville

Does not deserve even a one-star! Order came wrong. One person has a cheese allergy, so we put no cheese. We have ordered this at this same store before and it was delivered correctly. This time, the woman employee argued that we ordered wrong that we only took off the top cheese. No cheese means no cheese! We did not build a pizza it was a specialty pizza. My husband has the copy where we ordered, stating no cheese. So she blames us but says they will redo his pizza. We asked for the whole order to be remade because it will all be cold by the time his gets here. We offered to give it all back. I'm not trying to get double or something for nothing....just what we ordered. Nope, they wouldn't do it and wouldn't take it back and give a refund. Also, they did not bring any of the dipping sauces. I know some might think this is overreacting, but an allergy is an allergy and can be serious. Plus, now he eats alone or we eat cold and have no sauces. The woman did not care or have concern over getting a vad rating. Not who I would want working for me! We will not order from this store again and will not...

I love Domino's but I am very disappointed in the last time I ordered delivery. This is the second time they didn't have change and conveniently it was super late and the delivery man assumed that a ten dollar tip was ok. Don't get me wrong I am all for tipping but the get a hourly wage a delivery fee and then for him to conveniently not have enough change so there is 10 more dollars. I was livid. I called the store back and told them that I don't feel like that's ok and that I understand not caring alot of money but it was not that situation. I feel scammed out of my money. I called and told them I wanted my money back. He told me that the 7 dollars woud be refunded to me.....I'm still not happy because like I said this isn't this first time it's happened from here. I don't ever have any problems with delivery anywhere else. I feel like I deserve to get my whole order refunded at...

Online ordering was good. Wait time, 6 to 11 min. After about 45 minutes, we were told the pizza was about to go in. We may have overlooked this because they were busy. But waiting allowed us to spend time in the store. Wow! No employee wanted to be cashier. There was a steady line of customers, but the employees argued over who would be "the one" to ring up. The guy boxing pizzas leaned into the pizzas to box them. His shirt and stomach in the food! I don't want that! Another guy was using a spatula to transfer pizza from pan to box. He popped another employee on the arm with the spatula! She said don't do that, its hot. Worst employee... the dough guy was sneezing over the dough! OVER THE DOUGH! (Several times and not looking away!) That was it! We left! This whole store needs help! From the top to the bottom! We picked up Pizza Hut which was delicious....
