Went here this afternoon and there was four people working behind the counter. Waited 5 minutes and nobody greeted me or assisted me so I used the self-pay portal to order half a dozen donuts. 15 minutes pass and no one is getting my donuts. I walk out to my car for my phone and upon my return asked to see the manager. I'm told nobody's available to assist me so I asked for a refund. The gentleman behind the counter could not seem to understand why I wanted my money back. This was the same gentleman that pulled the ticket from the machine after I placed my order. I had to explain how they don't even have the donuts that Self Portal let me pick. It got to the point where I had to look up the Crystal Lake Police Department phone number so that I could either get my money or my donuts. I've had my order mess up 3 times now - I will not be coming back. I usually let it go and give people the benefit of the doubt. And I hate leaving negative comments. But this shouldn't go unnoticed. I order a Hot Large Chai Latte with caramel. Instead I received a large Ice original 4 caramel swirl latte. Then I let her know that isn't what I order and the lady argued with me saying she repeated it back to me when she didn't then told me, I never said that. I will not be coming back. Worse service. My favorite longest lone survivor Dunkin employee is quitting can not take the BS any more! This is a total reflection on Managing Partner! Health Dept came in yesterday and they were not allowed to put donuts out due to bug and fly infestation! What do owners expect when they cut back to 1 person who has to bake items put out donuts cook food take care of drive up and managing partner blames girl of course she quits! Never had this problem when staff was adequate to handle work load and can / have time to close window which by the way has not worked in forever! Should close automatically!
