This awkwardly located food truck serves outstanding birria everything. From their tacos to consume, to even a burrito, their own take on birria will leave you wondering if you should have ordered seconds. Yes, yes you should. Is this place worth the visit? Of course. Though note a couple of things. They are across from the overpass that is neighborhood to perhaps 100 or more homeless, while they are usually harmless, it is something to be aware of. They do have a couple tables but my suggestion would be to grab your order to go. There are clear signs indicating that you should not park at the gas station directly next to the truck so parking is a bit difficult. The street on the right directly after them may offer some temporary parking on one side of the street. The other side is permit parking only, increasing difficulty. A dirt bike road through their dining area as we ate. It was weird, and dangerous, though no one was harmed due to the large space in that area. Ordered Uber Eats from this restaurant last night after the Lady Gaga concert. The crispy birrias tacos and quesotacos were muy sabrosos.
I wound up switching meals with my gluten-free travel partner because she thought mine looked better. And we could tell it was a corn tortilla. When I ordered the food again today and asked for the crispy tacos to be gluten free, they called me back and told me those tacos have some flour on them (added during the tortilla frying process).
We are now fascinated because my GF companion had NO stomach issues after eating three of those tacos.

This food truck is amazing! Everything is made fresh as you watch the chef craft each dish. I had the birria ramen which was delicious! This is the best consomme I've had, as it balanced the spices and meat flavor. The meat was so tender and I was given plenty of limes. I will definitely be back to try more things!
