I’m a fan. First time trying it this week and we all ordered some delicious sandwiches. I wanted some thing, especially delicious after work on Friday so we stopped in right before closing and they served up some really good subs to us. The parking lot is attached to the shopping center that it’s located in and there were many spaces available when we went at 7:30 Friday evening. I ordered the American Wagyu French Dip, and it was filled with meat, and the au jus really made it. The large size is huge, and was definitely bigger than I was expecting. We also ordered the Cold Turkey Sub. It was filled with high quality Turkey and tons of toppings. We ordered the Clam Chowder as well and it was surprisingly good. It did not have as many clams in it as I would like, but still the flavors were creamy and it really hit the spot. Overall I would recommend to any sub fan and plan to be back in the future to try more options.

I've never had a bad sandwich from Capriotti's until I went to the Sepulveda location. This was my first and only time at this location. I ordered The Bobbie (as I have at other locations because it was always amazing!) But when I was eating the sandwich at home, I discovered I was chewing on these sharp splinters of bone from the turkey :( Not cool at all. Also, there was a huge chewy, fatty piece of skin from the turkey that I started gagging on, and had to pull out of my mouth. My appetite was definitely negatively effected after that. Whoever cut the turkey did a terrible job. Please don't give your customers bones and huge pieces of fat in their sandwiches. Gross. Come on, Sepulveda, you can do much better.

I cannot eat meat and ordered a veggie turkey through the app and they gave me a meat turkey sandwich. So disappointed. Took me 20 minutes to get home. Then to find out I can't eat anything is so upsetting. And now I can't even upload supporting photos to the app. I called the store and asked for a refund. Who knows if I'll get it. I use to get sandwiches from here every few months for years and the quality over the past year has unfortunately gone downhill (wrong orders multiple times). This will be my last time to Capriottis. Ever.

I was looking for a good sandwich place, so I thought I'd give this place a try. I ordered a small ham and cheese sandwich. After sitting down, I realize the receipt shows 12" Ham&Chz for $8.79, which is the regular size. Not worth $1.50 to fix it, so I let it slide. I waited while several others got their orders. It was busy, so I waited patiently. After 20 minutes and still no food, I'm realizing something is wrong. At 25 minutes, the lady who took my order finally realizes I never got my food and starts making me a sandwich. 30 minutes, she says "here you go John sorry about the wait." My name is not John, but I ignore the mistake. She offered a free soft drink due to the mixup. When I unwrapped the sandwich, it didn't look right. No lettuce, tomato, onion or peppers, just some meat cheese and sauce. I didn't want to spend more time asking them to fix it so I started eating it anyway. After a few bites I realized it wasn't even ham, it tasted like cheap bologna lunchmeat. It was awful. I should have complained, but my appetite and patience were done. After getting about 1/4 of it down I picked up and left, dumping the rest in the trash. One of the employees says "Sorry about that John" on my way out. To be fair I didn't give them much opportunity to realize and fix their mistakes, and hopefully my experience was unusual. On the other hand the food I got was awful and overpriced, so I...

The food is good. The staff is a bit odd. I've walked in before to order on the spot and it takes them a while to acknowledge you. They know you are there they just make you wait and like another comment said sometimes they have an attitude. One of the guys that's always there has made odd comments before that left me a little uncomfortable and today I ordered online and when I went for pick up he was doing something in the back but he saw me walk in and the girl in the front making the sandwichs acknowledged me right away. as she was finishing making a sandwich she asks me if I'm there for pick up I said yes and she asked name I told her and she grabs the bag and gets ready to give it to me when the guy tells her something, I couldn't hear what he said, but she looked at him and she puts it back and walks away to bag a sandwich and hand it over to another customer, no biggie I understand that. But as she goes again for my bag the guy tells her something else and she leaves my bag again and goes and grabs a cup to fill up with fries and tosses them in the fryer, then the guy tells her something again and that's when she goes for my bag again and finally gives it to me. I don't know if I'm thinking too much of it but that's weird, cause she was ready to give me my bag since the 1st time she grabbed it cause my food was ready before...

The main thing, the food was absolutely fantastic. I had the Bobbie with turkey, stuffing and cranberry sauce. One of the tastiest concoctions this side of a 5-Star restaurant! They used pulled, fresh turkey, none of those processed slices you see everywhere else.

The store had a few minor issues with unclean tables and it was not busy, I was the only customer. It could have been busy right before I arrived, so benefit of the doubt.

The staff: there was a sign on the wall regarding the app, it stated get $2 off for downloading and using the app. Of course I mentioned that to the lady and she became argumentative stating something completely different.

I said if you turn around and read your sign, that's what it says. She again became loud and I told her I don't really care, but why argue.

I said if I'm reading something wrong your job is to explain the sign not tell me I can't read.

I wish I had forethought to take a photo of it but she might have grabbed at my camera. Better...
