I love a Carl's Jr burger from time to time, but DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION! I stopped in for lunch while I waited for my car to be cleaned at the car wash next door. Ordered a medium #2 no luttuce, onion, tomato and pickle. Food came out and the onion rings were hardly warm and not even close to crispy...like they usually are. No big deal, I ate them anyway. Went for the burger and noticed no cheese, so I went to get it fixed. The Manger Antonio without hesitation or looking at anything, told me I wasn't charged for the cheese and it would be 86 cents. I tried explaining to him that the #2 comes with cheese standard ( like it reads on the menu...w/cheese) and it doesn't say anywhere on the receipt calling for no cheese. He told me if I wanted cheese, I have to pay... overall he was just acting unprofessional and passive aggressive with me for no reason. I am upset at this point but hand my card over and he charges me .66 not .86 for the cheese. They tried to throw some cold cheese on my now cold burger, but I asked that they replace it so the cheese will melt. I have been in many types of eateries all over the world and I've never seen a manager act like this. He made me feel like a criminal trying to steal cheese. This manager has absolutely no business being in any kind of management role that has contact with the general public. If Carl's Jr corporate/ownership sees this, you should really check in on this location and check in on this...
Read moreI was so disappointed to be in the drive-thru, pull up to the window, then see my food brought to the window within a reasonable amount of time. I had my payment ready when the manager beckoned the employee AWAY from the window! The employee left the bag of food, sitting in the window & me left wondering what could possibly be so urgent that my payment was not collected BEFORE the employee left the window & handed me the food to complete the transaction! I waited & waited mostly out of curiosity at this point. Ultimately, another employee surfaced to collect payment, whom I expressed dissatisfaction to immediately. He was very indifferent to my experience so I asked to speak to the manager. He told me the manager was TOO busy. So I parked, went into the store. I gestured to the manager that I’d like to speak with him about what had just happened. He began making up excuses for himself & his staff. Rather than continue, I abruptly requested to return the food & just remember this is not the restaurant for me. I criticized the manager for making excuses, instead of suggesting any corrections, now it there future. He said I didn’t give him a chance. I disagree. But when all of the other restaurants have a LINE to get food compared to another with only a few, if any patrons, with a much higher priced menu, doesn’t automatically mean you are going to be appreciated....

1- horrible customer service- first of all the employees look like they hate their job and hate themselves and hate us. they have a deal going on by one Famous burger get the 2nd one for a dollar, she still charged me for the second one full price and when I complained she couldnt explain it and when I tried to ask again she brushed me off and then I talked to another guy there he couldn’t explain too and then he just walked away in a rude away. 2- workers are not sanitary - they were making a shake, the milk’s lid fell into the shake then she grabbed it with her hands from my cup as if nothing happened !!! 3- very rude- when we picked up the food and decided to sit down they said “no eating here, only to go” which was very rude 4- food is not good - even the food was cold not worth the $45 we wasted there
I am restaurant owner myself and from experience this place is totally neglected and not attended to at all ! I am not sure where the hell is the owner or the manager to check this failing...
