This specific place has rude employees. I had a bad experience during my visit to this Panda Express. I went in with my family to eat and while I was ordering I had difficulty to hear this lady (Carolina) and had to ask her multiple times to repeat what she was saying to me. I understand she was wearing a face mask and maybe that was the reason I couldn’t understand her, but she got mad and gave me a bad attitude right away. (She was never kind or welcoming in any form since the beginning).
When it was time to pay I also asked her for extra fortune cookies (6— to be specific) since my mom and I ordered 3 two entree plates, 1 three entree plate and 2 kid meals. She refused to give more fortune cookies because she said “you only get one with a plate.”
So I asked for the manager and he came to us. (Kevin) I told him I asked the girl for 6 cookies and he said he couldn’t give more cookies because I already had 4 with my four plates. He excused himself saying that they always give just one cookie with one plate and he couldn’t give me more. Which is weird, mean and unfair. My family and I are really Panda Express lovers and we always go to different Panda Express locations and we never ever have had lived a situation like this before. It’s so heartbreaking to see this kind of employees working at one of our favorite restaurants.
I can’t understand why she was acting so rude to me and to my mom. She honestly didn’t offered us good costumer service. Her service was awfully disrespectful. Arguing to us infront of so many people. The manager (Kevin) took her to the back.
Also, one more point. At this store they didn’t have the kung pao chicken ready. They prepared our 4 plates with the chow main and rice and left them on the shelf for minutes until the kung Pao chicken was ready.
When we got our plates, the sides(chow mein & rice) were cold since the plates were sitting there waiting to be fill in with the entrees. Which is not fair.
1.The dinning room was dirty and the trash cans were full. Empty pans between 3pm to 4pm Entrance doors (glass) were dirty. Kung pao chicken and chow mein did not taste good. These were not flavorful. . Women’s...
Read moreThis Panda Express as soon as you open the door you smoke delicious Orange chicken from beyond meat. The taste of the eggplant tofu was so delicious I turned around and had to go in the bathroom and slap myself. 🤗 I'm still learning to enjoy the smell of Panda Express food they seem like they added more food to the menu. It makes you feel as if there's a buffet style kind of meal to eat but I think the buffets see how delicious the food is so they can be more tempted to buy more food. I love when commercial companies decide to think about their customers and put huge balls of stainless steel food with a glass barrier to protect and tantalize their customers. If you've never eaten Panda Express version of Chinese food you haven't eaten Chinese food in America. Panda Express is starting to be the cliche Chinese food in America you think it's commercialized but it's not. This Panda Express seems multicultural although there aren't any Chinese people cooking the food or Japanese it still seems as this everyone ethnic background is there helping us cook the food. I love their the waiters red and black uniforms. also it's in the same parking lot as a Ralph's so you won't miss it it's all the way in the back. The food was fantastic it's really made for like a lunch or dinner. Sitting down was a joy to as well people are very quiet and to themselves and they eat and...
Read moreMaricela gave me a bad experience. She was at the register. I ordered spring rolls with my meal and paid for them and waited for it all to be ready (they were out of chow mein etc). She rung it up. Couple minutes later she called my name to pick up my order. The spring rolls were right on top of my to-go plate. She picked them up and asked if the spring rolls were mine and I said yes. She looked and me for a few seconds like she was thinking and after a beat said “do you have your receipt?” I didn’t make a fuss. I went to my table, humiliated, and grabbed it and showed her. When she saw the receipt she said “I’m sorry” and gave me the spring rolls. That was such a lame experience. Like why would you assume a customer is lying? About some spring rolls and make them go out of their way to prove to you they are not lying? She didn’t trust me. Idk why but she didn’t trust me. (Or maybe I do know why, I’m a black woman). This Panda Express customer service was awful. It’s giving discrimination. I felt judged, humiliated and disrespected. Don’t assume your customers are lying; like why would you even bring that energy to a customer service position? Please reconsider who you put at your register. I won’t be back. Also the chow mein...
