Update to the below. The owner of the shop called me and apologized for the mix-up. She said she has a pretty good idea of the vendor who shipped her the counterfeit papers. She assured me she is on top of the issue. She insisted on refunding my entire purchase and a box of real Zigzag. Took the box and called it even. I will go back one of these days just to check if they still sell fake papers.
Buyer beware - Counterfeit merchandise This was my first time going there. Bought 3 orange zigzag papers, not only they charge more than other smoke shops, the papers are counterfeit, see photo. Called them about it, the lady said she will call me back after she speaks to her manager. She calls me back apologizing, totally fake, you could hear she was just giving a speech. I show up there, it's her and another guy. I tell her how upset I am, she says nothing and motions to the guy. I wait by the guy, he's putting stuff away, I wait a little more. The girl goes to the back and comes back saying her manager will be out soon. At that point patience ran out, told her I changed my mind, that I will dispute the charges with my credit card and report them. Their prices are super high compared to other smoke shops...

Since the owner replied and has video, where were you and your video camera two years ago when I did come in and the guys said they can not return anything without the owner manage and that I as a person with an immune compromised disease called LUPUS made three attempts before the shop was closed and once for a short time when your store was doing drive up shopping the employee refused to return.
I left my email and phone number for you to call and respond at the time. As a business owner, you did nothing then but now that I have the time to write a one star true review you immediately take action, i wish you were that attentive to all.

Be more mindful of people's money and also, next time I come in to buy something, due to this experience, I expect a 25% discount on whatever I buy. I will even use this review as reference and I'll change it to 5 stars when my discount is honored and also the review, but until then the girl who works there is helpful... I like the vape she recommended and she is very knowledgeable, but denying me the ability to change out a dollar properly when you didn't even give me the chance to take the money from the extra change....
