Crumbl — Restaurant in Culver City

I had heard about Crumbl Cookies for a few years and I knew they had been expanding into LA for quite some time but until recently, I hadn't tried them out. I happened to randomly be nearby one of their locations and felt inspired to stop by.

The store shared a parking lot with a grocery store so there was lots of parking which is always a plus. The decor and the logo are fun and colorful. I love the concept that they rotate new flavors in and out weekly. If I was closer to one of their shops, I could see myself going back to try more flavors. There was one woman working in the store and in between customers, she looked busy preparing and baking more cookies. Even though she looked quite busy, she was also quite nice and helpful.

For the cookies, they have two sizes, mini and regular. For my personal tastes, the regular is a perfect size. It is a large cookie but not overtly large. I felt good about trying two of their flavors without worrying about too much of a good thing. They pride themselves on fresh baked products, which I also appreciate as a guest. I know cookies can sit on a shelf if needed, but having fresh cookies as part of the company values is a nice touch.

I had to try their classic milk chocolate chip because that is the gold standard for any cookie shop. It was excellent. My second cookie was a pink frosted Princess Cookie. I wound up with this one because I was interested in trying out a cookie with frosting. It did not disappoint!

The cookies were also fresh and aesthetically appealing. All in all, an excellent cookie and I'll make an effort to try more of the huge assortment of flavors while visiting other...

I love this location. The people here are SO great! So well ttrained. I don't know how the company implements or trains the people they hire but you can tell that thus location the quality of work ethic and responsibility is Top Tier, serious pride in their jobs and the quality of customer service shines thru. I have had to go to West Hollywood for the I last few weeks because of my job location. I don't pass thru Culver city . And let me tell you, I dread having to go to that location. The staff is so lost in their conversations with each other. Complete disregard of the customer that has walked in the door. And when they are putting together the cookie, it's a nightmare. I cringe when I watch the employee and this individual works on my order, then someone walks in and she mid way grabs his order then is back and forth and as she's gibing me my box says oh wait I forgot to put the topping. And it just makes me feel like, why are u bothering us. Jeez..... as the other employee is telling a story with her hand in the huge mixer scraping everything off in a lazy daisy way. Stopping h every few seconds to add to her story as her back is to the front door and the 2 other employees see the front door and others walk in but they don't care. Nobody says hi. Not even a glance my way to say , hey I see you even tho I know they see me they completely ignore me. So disrespectful, so whoever trained Culver City staff, Bravo!!! Whoever trained West Hollywood Santa Monica staff, poor poor job!!!! It shows. I know it just cookies but I look forward to my Crumbl Cookies . They make me happy, in a time at my life where things are not good. Not sweet. Not happy. My Crumbl makes...

Francisco!! The reason I will never ever forget Crumbl”s cookies concept or amazingness!!! so I came to this location after being gifted the mini three cookie gift box from my supervisor at work for Valentine’s Day. I came looking for the strawberry chocolate cookie. I don’t know if I’m saying the name right but it was amazing and it was only available that week. I came here looking for that cookie when I realized I’m not gonna get it. I was seriously so upset I almost wanted to cry after a long day work of thinking about this cookie all day I expressed to Francisco, how upset I was and I just couldn’t believe it and so on and so forth. Francisco stood there, listened to me And was so kind and patient. So I told him OK well since I’m here, I’ll just try the Kit Kat cookie, the chocolate batter cake cookie and the chocolate chip cookie and I came to pay and he said no it’s on me or it’s on us. I can’t remember but the point is he wouldn’t let me pay. And I said oh my God, why?? And he said because I could tell how upset you were and I just wanted to do this for you. And then I really almost wanted to cry! Nonetheless, I will always love you crumble for having such an amazing employee like Francisco and Francisco, I will never forget your awesomeness that day. And you have made me a life long crumbl lover.!!...
