We were so excited to hear this restaurant is opening its third location in Cumming! We used to drive an hour to Atlanta to dine in but now we can just come here. The hand pulled noodles are so good and the broth that the noodles are in is amazing. The portion of every dish is great, I am always happy with the portion of the meat. Besides noodles, we have ordered dishes like pot stickers, steamed buns, pan fried green beans, chicken broccoli and general Tso’s chicken. Every dish is very filling and the flavor is outstanding. As a person born and raised in China, this is one of the few authentic Chinese restaurants that is good enough to impress a picky eater like me.
The noodles here are freshly made and it can be made in to thin, regular, and thick. Personally after trying all three I prefer the regular thickness. I wish they have the cold dishes appetizer here like the spicy beef tendons like they had in their Doraville location, that’s the only thing I hope they could “improve”. But they are probably trying to appeal to the general population here where spicy food is not very appealing to most.
The service is always great, they always come up to fill our water or check on us to see if the food is good, or if we need anything else. Empty dishes are taken away very quickly. The images projected on the wall changes every few minutes which is great entertainment for kids. We never had to wait for a seat, because they have a lot of seats and they served food as fast as...
Read moreWe have been excitedly awaiting the grand opening, so we gave it a try for dinner this evening. Our server highly recommended the pan fried dumplings, but we were a little disappointed in them. They contained only a small wad of pork and were rather bland. We were also surprised to see that the chicken in the noodle soup was just a drumstick that had been cut into sections, with the bone still inside. This led to forced careful chewing, as there were bone shards in nearly every bite. The spicy chicken dish was extremely dry, and was not at all spicy. However, the stir fry noodles with chicken was quite good. Overall, we weren’t all together satisfied after our first visit. We might give it another shot down the road, but it’s unlikely. (Also, don’t grab a mint on your way out, they’re...
Read moreThis place was great. We were looking for somewhere to grab lunch and saw this place was just opening and decided to give it a try. We got the pork bao, soup dumplings, Chinese spicy chicken, and the BBQ rib hand pulled noodle soup. My son mistakenly received the fried pot sticker dumplings by mistake which they remedied immediately and let us just keep those as well. Everything was very tasty and was presented beautifully. The place is brand new and the interior is nice and super clean with a cool modern aesthetic. We sat in a booth that was very comfortable and my kids really liked the projections on the walls. The service was very good. It was also very affordable. Overall we had a very good experience here and will definitely be back. One of my sons even said this is his new...
