The value of appliances were amazing - such huge savings. I bought an instant view LG fridge, washer & dryer. They kept it for me and delayed delivery for two weeks until my closing, which was nice on their part.

I paid for delivery and installation and on my closing day, their delivery company arrived on time. I believe they outsource to another company. The delivery guys took up my washer and dryer and hooked it up. But the fridge posed a problem and they said they don’t carry fridge up the stairs due to risk of home damage because it’s so heavy. They gave an option of returning the fridge to the seller but I told them they could leave it in the garage. I didn’t see the point - I couldn’t find that new fridge cheaper anywhere.

I ultimately paid someone to help me move it up, but in the process, we failed to secure the freezer doors - it slipped out, got stuck and damaged the railings.

I called the seller for help and he sent this repair man to fix the railings and other damaged components, for FREE. Those parts probably cost $250+.

They fridge is hooked up, and working perfectly.

All appliances work perfect so far.

If you live in a townhome and the fridge needs to be carried upstairs, you may need to arrange your own delivery or atleast mention this to them. I assumed they carry upstairs but they didn’t.

Overall, the value was so great, I can’t begrudge the original inconvenience too much, especially after the owner fixed the damaged parts I caused free of charge. Will definitely purchase from here...
