One of the highlights of Desi Street is their selection of golgappa and pani puri. The golgappa is served in the authentic Delhi style, while the pani puri is served in the Mumbai style. Both are filled with flavorful fillings and are a must-try.
For those craving Chinese cuisine, Desi Street offers a Chinese combo that's only available for takeout from Monday to Thursday. Don't miss out on their incredible Mumbai-style vada pav, which is definitely worth trying. On Tuesday’s will get fried rice free on purchase of any indo-Chinese dish.
If you're looking for a hearty meal, their Hyderabadi dum biryani is a must-try. And if you're a fan of momos, you won't be disappointed. Their chicken fried momos are absolutely delicious, and I highly recommend trying their paneer fried momos as well.
Desi Street also offers a variety of naans, including bullet naan, butter naan, and cheese naan. They're all incredibly soft and flavorful, especially when paired with their delicious kadai paneer. On Wednesday’s will get a Naan free on purchase of any curry.
For a complete meal, try their chicken platter, which includes malai chicken, seekh kabab, kalami kabab, chicken tikka, and tandoori chicken, served with saffron rice. The malai tikka and tandoori chicken are particularly delicious.
And don't forget about their thali for lunch. They have so many options on their menu, you'll be spoiled for choice.

Read moreI am all in for supporting local owned desi restaurant but this place needs a chef(or two) and it needs them soon. We finally got an indian place to eat on Exit 14 and were so excited to go and try but came back highly disappointed. The food is not good at all and we won't be going back. The prices are too inflated and taste & service are not worth the price. The place is too small to accomodate the large influx of people (given its a new restaurant) but that can be ignored. Service wait times are too much. We ordered 4 items (got 2 after 35 mins, 2 more after another 25 mins). Coming to the portion size taste, these are the biggest downside of this place. You can't serve a small frozen base pizza with 6 cubes of paneer for 13.99 specially when it tastes like sugar. We got paneer pasta. It was 14.99 and was not enough for 1 guy if he is hungry (image is attached for portion size). It had no spices, no salt and syrup used to prepare this was way too sweet. We didn't touch it after first bite. Coming to pav bhaji, got 4 pieces of pav, which is good. But all 4 were uncooked :( We were already disappointed with the quntities of items already served, but when we saw the portion size of bhaji, we couldn't resist ourselves. It was a small bowl and it was only half full. Trust me when I say this but it was only enough for 1 of the 4 pav they served with it. I had to go to the counter and ask them for more bhaji, which they did. Bombay sandwich was ok in taste, nothing special but for their price, you get a lot better taste at Honest. Overall, highly disappointed with this place. Spent $70 for 4 dishes (yes prices are very inflated) and...
