This was the most horrifyingly disgusting McDonald's experience I've had in my entire life. As soon as I came in I had to use the bathroom, and it worse incredibly dificult to hold my breath and use my shirt as a filter the whole time. I'm not exaggerating it felt like some type of chemical or biological weapon to me. I wasn't even upset at that point and still was expecting a regular McDonald's experience. We then proceeded to order from console, and noticed that it doesn't give any option to have the vinigrette sauce on the side for the chicken sandwich. My mother asked the employee if the sauce normally comes and the side and the employee called for the manager. The manager had a very hard time understanding the question and then came to the console to "help" us. She seemed vary unfamiliar with the console and we hadn't even asked for help; I would later realize that she is one of the most incompetent people I've met in my entire life. She removed the sauce from the sandwich and said she would give it to us on the side. She was unable to to apply my coupon, as, like I said she was unfamiliar with the console. She then led us to pay at the register which worked fine. My intention was to simply go to the register 5 minutes prior to her not answering my question and being unable to use the console. We then waited about 15 minutes for the food which was simply two chicken sandwiches, one grilled artisan and one which was fried. My mother was very hungry so I asked if the food was coming. The gentleman went to give me my food and had to check with the kitchen for the grilled sandwich. I heard who sounded like the "manager" say that the chicken was on the grill. I then waited for 10 more minutes for the food. I finally got the food and there was no vinigrette on the side. I asked for it, and received liquid sauce that had been poured strait into a chicken nugget container. Of course the sauce ended up spilling on my pants and shoes while I was taking it to my table. My mother also pointed out how pitiful the tomato slices were and there was a tiny tiny amount of lettuce that was also brown. I'd also like to add that when we came in there were only 2 or 3 other groups in the entire restaurant and I only saw 1 other gentleman come in and order a single sandwich. The drive through was also slow and the...
Read moreNew post. This morning Sunday, came through with my son to go to church and the drive-through line is not moving at all. We said in one space next to the speaker for a solid 10 minutes before any movement or any noise came from within. I called and the manager who sounded Hispanic, it was incredibly rude to me on the phone and basically hung up on me when I asked if there may be anything they could do to acknowledge the customers waiting in the drive-through. Rude and disrespectful employees. That’s a good way to get bad reviews and lose customers. This chain needs to have decent employees and better people working at the drive-through counter. The person taking the orders at the window has zero personality and has zero skill at their job. They are rude and unprofessional every time with the quote what can I get for you and what else after every single word you say. Customer Service has gone downhill so much. Even worse than my last review.
I’m having a sugar crash and really need it to eat. My son is also with me who is six years old and he is hungry. I go to this McDonald and try to pay for our meals with a $50 bill from the late 90s. I am told by the redneck at the window that they can’t except that kind of bill because the safe won’t take it. What kind of establishment refuses US currency just because it’s older? So I went next-door to Burger King and they gladly excepted my money and gave me the food that we desperately needed. That’s what I get for going to McDonald’s anyway. Burger King is way better and cleaner people. Plus they don’t have their gym shoes visible where they...
Read moreI ordered breakfast in the drive thru. Their app gives certain rewards and incentives, and today I let the drive thru cashier know that I had the app, and it was to use the "Buy 1 breakfast sandwich, get one for $0.25" promotion, which is a great deal.
The cashier accepted the code from the app, mentioned no issues with it, and I drove up.
I had ordered a Bacon, Egg, Cheese McMuffin, and a Sausage and Egg Biscuit, with the intention of the $0.25 promotion to be used for the Sausage and Egg Biscuit, and I confirmed it was listed as "Eligible" in the app.
They then took payment, and upon receiving the receipt, I saw that they still charged me the full price.
Now, a few bucks is not the issue. The real issue here is that they were incredibly rude, when I brought up the issue. The drive thru cashier literally told me "too bad, it was not accepted". And repeated it, in a rude tone multiple times, until finally I just drove off with what I paid for.
I showed her the app and where it states it is eligible, and if it was not, why did they not inform me before payment?
I will never return to this location again. I have had no issues at any other McDonalds in this area. I don't even care about the $3.74 that I paid extra. It was really the rudeness and...
