I came here under the impression of receiving top notch dim sum and Cantonese food. Turns out they changed the restaurant. Instead I was greeted with a restaurant that was as cold as the north pole but served food as hot as a Ghost pepper. We ordered a ton of food. First came the cucumber salad. More like a cucumless salad. The whole core of the cucumber, which by the way is the best part, was missing. This salad was spicy enough to make overreacte. The cucumber salad had pretty good flavor though. The Honey Walnut Shrimp was ordered off the Cantonese section of the menu, but it didn't taste as authentic as the old restaurants'. The Beef Stir-Fried Rice Noodles are also another Cantonese staple I ordered and found a bit disappointing. The noodles were missing some wok hei and were as bland as British cooking. We wish they offered some dessert to close off the meal. The atmosphere was pretty chill, literally. It was a bit colder than preferred, but I guess cold is needed for that level of spice in the food. Service was wonderful and the staff helped us out and were very kind. This restaurant was a long time favorite of the family and we were surprised to find a new restaurant. All in all, if you were looking for a decent dim sum to eat at like this used to be, don't come here. This restaurant now serves mainland Chinese food that is very spicy. If you love spicy food, I recommend coming here. If you have a strong distaste for heavily spicy food, I wouldn't recommend...
Read moreBeautiful new Hunan Chinese restaurant. This would be great for hosting banquets. As a professional Sichuanese spicy food connoisseur lol, this level of spice is not high at all unlike some other reviews have mentioned. The staff members are all SOOO kind. We came here on a Friday night and the restaurant was lively and busy with no wait at 8:30pm. We highly recommend the cold chicken in spicy sauce (口水鸡),and white fish covered in two different kinds of crushed chili sauce (剁椒魚). Yum. The pepper stir fried pork and ribs veggies pot were good too. Flavors were light. I wanted to try the tofu in stew tofu pot which was unavailable at the...

They also have excellent Hunan-style steamed fish, braised pork belly with preserved greens, and a refreshing jellyfish appetizer.
Great service, plenty of parking. Perfect for family dinners or...
