Tasty cake but terrible customer service! My husband went in person to the store, two days ahead to order a Mango Brulee birthday cake. He drove all the way there thinking it's better than ordering online because being there in person, he could properly explain how we want the writing on the cake. Turns out, they don't do writing on the cake at all! Two days later, he goes to pick up the Mango Brulee cake and the person unapologetically says they forgot to keep it aside and we could choose something else. We had to choose from what was left there and we got a Chocolate Mousse cake. Despite reading other reviews about this place messing up orders and the unabashed attitude of the staff, I still went ahead because I had tried their Tiramisu cake and loved it. Yes, the Chocolate Mousse cake was delicious too. But if you want to order a cake in advance for an important event of yours, maybe don't put all your bets on getting the right cake from here.

Update: We bought a Mango Brulee cake another day and it was tasty! It was not too sweet. The cut mangoes on top were sour though, probably because we got this...

Went to order a cake for my birthday, and ended up not ordering the cake but tried a couple of food from there. The shop is a cute little place in the Cupertino marketplace. We reached around half an hour before the store closes, and so most of the things were over. Bought the strawberry penna cotta cup, jumbo guava cheese strudel and mango peach smoothie with konjac pearls.

The strawberry penna cotta cup was a cute little cup with strawberry flavored gelatin and fresh strawberry and cream on top. The consistency of the penna cotta was thicker and the dessert was not overly sweet.

Jumbo guava cheese strudel was a sweet puff pastry with sausage in the middle. The texture was really good, but the pastry as such did not give a mark.

The mango peach smoothie was a tall glass of smoothie and we have options for add-ons. We selected konjac pearls for our drink. Overall the drink was cold and tasty, but the flavor seems to be from added artificial flavor.

Lastly, I did not order the cake since I was specific on getting customized writing on the cake, but they did not have...

Very rude and bad service. I ordered one Christmas cake from 85C website. I received the message said that the cake was picked up and would arrive in 13 mins. After 5 mins, I received another message said the delivery was cancelled and asked me to call the bakery. I called, the "MANAGER" told me that was not their responsiblity because the cake was picked up by Uber. She asked me to call Uber by myself. I told them that we ordered that from their website then she said it was my FAULT to choose Uber as the delivery method from their website. WHAT?? I did not get to choose the delivery method from their website. After we argued with the MANAGER, she asked us to drive to the bakery and pick up the cake, without returning our delivery fee. I wrote to the customer service to get the delivery fee back 1 week later. I would never go to 85C even though I really want to support Taiwan bakery. How about the cake? We only tried one bite and never...
