*Review for Cream *

I had a very disappointing experience here. The management here is absolutely terrible. Not only did the he seem disorganized, but they were also extremely unprofessional in their behavior. The person (manager or owner) at the counter was rude and seemed uninterested in helping customers. It was clear that there was a lack of leadership, as there was confusion about orders and some items were unavailable without any explanation.

To make matters worse, I witnessed the manager (or owner) arguing with a delivery driver in front of customers, which was completely inappropriate. This kind of unprofessionalism made the entire atmosphere uncomfortable. The delivery driver that was already in the store was obviously next in line but the manager decided to ignore him and help another delivery driver that just came in. It looked racially motivated, but if it wasn't it just looked plain bad. It's a shame because the ice cream itself was decent, but the poor management and unprofessional conduct make this place not worth the visit. I won't be coming back, and I can't recommend...

Been taking my boys for ice cream religiously every Sunday for the past 2-3 months here after swimming however the staff shifts around a bit and sadly if I could’ve given zero stars today I definitely would’ve…. In no way am I being prejudice and I absolutely comprehend different cultures have to abide by different “rules” so to say but I just don’t understand why personal hygiene is not enforced especially when serving foods to the public I walked in today and almost gagged from the horrible body odor from a man’s underarm the whole place smelled of it my stomach is still pretty upset honestly I’m a bit repelled and don’t think I’ll be back sadly…. Sucks my kids really look forward to their Sunday ice creams here guess we’ll be looking for a new family favorite ice cream establishment now. This shouldn’t be a place of employment that allows a lack of personal hygiene when directly dealing with foods etc very disturbing figured I’d share my experience...

Sorry, I actually meant to rate 4 stars! My girlfriend and I had a good experience here. We've been here twice. She really enjoyed the shake she got and I enjoyed the green tea, and coconut ice cream.

We were a bit confused with the line though. We couldn't really figure out who was next in line both times we went there and some people that walked in ended up ordering before us. Not a huge deal, but it would be nice if the staff greeted us or asked us if we were ready to order.

Keep in mind both times we went in it was pretty busy so I can get why we might have been missed. However, when I got someone's attention they were super friendly and everything came out perfect!

We'll come back again sometime this week and see how it goes. If everything goes smooth I'll be sure to bump the rating up to 5 stars.
