Crumbl — Restaurant in Cupertino

Understood it was their first day today. Only about 4 people in front of me before the rush of high schoolers due to the free cookie today. Spent about 10m before I got any service. But by the time I left the line outside was already long. Cookies were extremely under done, falling apart, and one was cracked and wasn't even frosted like the photos. I understand it can get hectic but if a place wants return customers, this is completely unacceptable. I decided to keep this box and was too embarrassed to gift it. It looks like they just threw the cookies in a box, and then thry closed the lid on the two end cookies....

I usually don’t like crumbl because they are too too sweet, but this location seems to have really fresh cookies and toppings. The cookies seemed to take long after I ordered so I can tell they were making them fresh. The cookies are a tad sweet for my liking. I appreciate they make everything fresh, the cookies themselves are so good. The shop is new and nice and clean. It’s good for a quick sweet treat. My favorites recently are the strawberry...

We ordered the mini 3-pack using the kiosk. After we got home, we realized that one of the cookies was not what we ordered. We got Peanut Butter instead of Brownie Batter.

Mini is an apt word because the cookies are quite small, especially the semi-sweet chocolate cookie.

IMO, they are rather expensive for $3 per cookie. They are very sweet. They are not bad but unremarkable. The semi-sweet chocolate chunk tasted saltier than the Sea...
