I like happy hour. They have a decent selection of bites, a good selection of cocktails, and an awesome selection of beers. Sorry, they have wine too, but I didn't look at that.
My fav bite is the artichoke dip with tortilla chips. The dips are creamy and cheesy.
The mac n cheese balls are also tasty, but they are super filling. Probably cuz they're deep fried. Same for the sweet potato fries which are also delicious.
The spicy cauliflower and spicy green beans were liked by others in the group but personally they're just ok.
But the happy hour burger with fries is awesome. Patty is big and juicy with a nice bun. Honestly, even tastier was the fried chicken sandwich. It's on the regular menu though, not happy hour.
This time I had the flight of beers... you may choose any four from the menu, with a few restrictions. Best for me was the coconut stout. The lost abbey was too weird tasting for me. Also, the margaritas are good.
The servers are friendly. And the patio is dog friendly.
April 2023 update: Great happy hour place! A very decent quantity of rotating beers, which you can get by the glass or a flight of 4. Spicy chicken sandwich is good. Highly recommended. Fish 'n chips are pretty good. Artichoke dip is tasty and creamy. Even the wings are nice. If you like veggies, try the Brussell sprouts. You can find a table, either inside or outside. A decent amount of parking at this location (they have a...
Read moreThe tall male waiter was very nice and tried to be attentive as I told him, it was our first time and that Eureka was recommended. It was busy for being around 8:30pm. 3 of us ordered the grilled chicken sandwich (2 were lettuce, no bun) the chicken sandwich with a bun was very tasty. The "chibatta type" bun was so soft and delicious. The other 2 people enjoyed the lettuce wrapped chicken also. 2 other people in our party got some type of burgers. They both enjoyed the burgers even though one was supposed to have BBQ sauce... we could NOT see it and he did not taste it. Both burgers were asked to be very well done, both were not... Redness/ pink was in the center. Eww. We did have to ask for fresh French fries because they were barely lukewarm and taste like old grease. After waiting quite some time, we did get better fries. Overall... it was not the experience I had hoped for. Besides waiting for 10 mins to just be acknowledged and then being told to wait for 10 more mins and then forgot to inform me after 15 mins... they tried to sit 5 of us and a dog at a small 4 people table. Finally after complaining... the female manager I assume, did move us to a bigger table. Other wait staff were rude. We were told they would get straws and more water a soda refill and a bag... but didn't. Maybe it...
Read moreI haven't felt discrimination at this level in a long time but this is very worrying me with two kids. I made reservation online and got seated at the long table. The waiter immediately asked if we want to order any drinks. I told him we need a minute and asked if they have kids menu. The waiter came back and asked again if we are going to order drinks like it is mandatory tone. I said we going to put the kids order in first because they are hungry. The Mac and cheese came, and still at this moment we have no water served for anyone not even the kids. I asked the passing by waiter do we need to order drinks before we can get water for my kids? Keep in my kids menus suppose to come with kids drink. He said he will bring our waiter. Our waiter came back and asked if we are ready to order drinks and appetizers without water. I order a beer and three entrees. After 20 plus minutes my kids finished the food the waiter finally bring the water and made a joke, bottle of whiskey on the house. This is after I asked four times, even got up and asked the bartender at the bar. Seriously I didn't think this will happen to my family in the middle of Cupertino but wow. Racist are alive and well even in this part of the town. I will never visit this...
