All-around fantastic experience! The young gentleman and young lady knew how to hustle to take care of as many customers as possible while still maintaining the quality of each order. I’m a big matcha fan so had to go with the matcha base. She recommended to me that I should do half matcha, have custard otherwise it might be somewhat better. The end result was incredible and easily the creamiest ice cream of my life! The toppings were delicious and a part of that is the care they took to fully scrape the preparation plate between customers so flavors would not mix together. Please do come support this awesome business!

MUST HAVE ice creams !!!! Awesome and a different way to have ice creams. You can watch them make the ice creams. They also have non-diary version of ice creams. I am a regular here. (This place also accepts mobile payments - Apple Pay, Google Pay and such). They also offer a wide variety of toppings including fruits like banana and strawberries besides the regulars like M&Ms. The toppings are free as well. It might be crowded during certain times but they make them fast and do not take a lot of time. It takes an average of a minute and a half to make each ice cream.

I realized I wasn’t a big fan of ice crushed ice cream and I think it was because the lady who was doing ours kept breaking the whole process. She would land up with crumbles instead of the nice rolled ice cream others were getting from the other guy. She kept adding more milk and excusing herself as being a newbie. It kinda made us disappointed when we got a crushed version of the rolls. The ice cream was so watered down and tasteless even with so much sugar stuffs added on the top. Not the greatest experience!!!

We stopped here bc we heard good things about and boy was it popular! We came on a Friday night and the line was out the door. Given the location, it attracted a lot of high schoolers and what seemed to be college kids home on break. The line to take your order moved fairly fast, but it took awhile before our names were called to watch them make the ice cream. I got the Nutella and banana combo; they make the ice cream right in front of you - kind of like how cold stone mixes it for you, but this was ice cream made from scratch. I have to say that it looks like hard work, especially on the forearms, for the kids that were making it. I felt bad for the girls who looked like they've been there forever and were on their last legs (...or arms).

There were plenty of toppings to choose from, though I have to say that when they said Oreo as a topping, I didn't imagine an entire Oreo cookie, I thought it was the typical crumble.

The texture of the ice cream was very dense. The banana in the my flavor was especially strong. The portions are huge...we all finished half of it and called it.

It's definitely a novelty; I wouldn't say that I would be first in line again to get this, but I'm glad I tried it. I'd give it 5 stars for the kids that were behind the counters making the ice cream, 3 stars for the price ($7.50+!) and line, but 4 stars for the...

This is the first time I had ice cream rolls and it didn't disappoint me. This is one of the best ice creams I have ever had. You get to choose what goes into the ice cream. You can also customize according to your liking if you don't like the options on the menu. Once you placed your order, you will be called upon by your name when they are about to make it so that you get to see when it's being made. That's the novelty here, you get to shoot it or just admire the whole process. Once the rolls are made, you get to choose the toppings. You can load it with how many toppings the bowl can take as there is no limitation. Ice creams here are priced fixed at $8.99 per bowl. No choices on sizes or the amount of ice cream which goes into it. We ordered Strawberry Fantasy and YAY for Coco which were too good. Lychee and popping boba are the best in toppings. Definitely recommend. Have to try other...

This seems mostly popular with the female market, maybe it's the theatricality of the preparation.

Came here after dinner, there was a fair amount of people here on a weekday night. Seating is limited since half the seats are outside.

Ordered the Gotcha Matcha, watched them prep it, then added some toppings, and it's not bad. It's nice and chilly, no issues with the texture, and the matcha flavor is there.

What bugs me, and it's not specific to this place, is that anything in the Bay with matcha never really tastes like matcha. It always tastes akin to sugar with matcha powder instead of matcha with sprinkles of sugar.

I can't say that I'd discourage anyone from coming here, but I am left still searching for a matcha ice cream that actually captures the rich...
