Disappointing Dining Experience
I've visited this restaurant several times due to its early weekend opening hours. After my most recent experience, I feel compelled to share feedback for the benefit of future patrons.
Firstly, the food quality has not met my expectations, but I continued to patronize due to the convenient hours. However, the service I received during my last visit was particularly disappointing.
After breakfast, a server addressed the state of our table, suggesting that my baby had left it in an unacceptable condition. The reality was a few napkins and some leftover food - quite normal when dining with a young child. The server even asked us to clean up a few napkins and a piece of meat that had fallen on the floor.
I always strive to be a respectful patron and I understand the importance of maintaining cleanliness in a dining establishment. However, I found the server's request disheartening, demonstrating a lack of empathy towards families with young children. I also routinely leave a tip of 18-20%, recognizing the efforts of the staff.
The combination of this interaction and the subpar food has led me to reconsider my future visits to this restaurant. I hope the management takes this feedback to heart, offering better training to their staff in empathy and understanding. Good customer service should always be kind and patient, regardless of the circumstances.
In conclusion, while the restaurant's hours are convenient, the overall dining experience is in need of significant improvement. I hope this review serves as a stepping stone towards a more inclusive and understanding dining...
Read moreWe are a first gen Chinese family of six originally from Beijing / Tianjin area. We are picky eaters when it comes to Chinese cuisine. We have dined in and gotten take-away from Nutrition Restaurant at least total 30 times in last few years. However, we think the taste of their typical entree has fallen at least a full star in 2025 (did they lose their best chef?). Some of the entrees are so different from what they served a few years ago we think they changed their recipes or new chef? We got about $200 worth of entrees for take-away just a couple weeks ago. Everyone in our family after tasting them found flavor had changed to bland and we spontaneously looked at one another and exclaimed "What happened to their food? It lacks flavor. Did they...

Service is as prompt as they can be, they serve tea without charging for it-- an Oriental etiquette of welcoming customers that's largely been lost to capitalism these days -- and as long as you treat them fairly, they'll treat you fairly.
Come on a weekday when things are slower and you might receive a free appetizer of steamed peanuts as well.
For dining alone, the dumplings are an excellent choice. Dip in sauce with vinegar and chili oil. For dining with others, the fish dishes and stir fried rice options are...
