This fantastic lil drive thru makes the best burritos! I swung by mid-morning and had to wait a while since I was fourth in line, but I'll tell ya it was worth it! My meal consisted 16 oz Dirty Chai Latte ($5.50), a Wild West breakfast burrito (sausage, egg, hash brown, caramelized onions, bell peppers, shredded jack cheese on a flour tortilla, $6.00) and a piece of Coffee Cake ($3.50). The burrito was phenomenal! It was huge and generously stuffed with the goods. They used a hash brown patty instead of loose shreds and I absolutely loved it. I didn't even need any hot sauce like I nearly always want on my breakfast burritos. It was SO DAMN GOOD. I'm astonished it was only $6.00. The Dirty Chai was perfectly made! Just the right amount of sweetness and richness. The Coffee Cake was alright. I thought it kind of tasted greasy, however it was super moist which was great. I wish I had the opportunity to stop by here a second time. The menu is enormous and everything sounded so delish! Will drop by again if I'm ever in the area.

Great breakfast spot. I loved all of sandwich, coffee cake, and frappe from this place. -Sandwich wasn’t very special in terms of its flavor, but it was served hot and fresh with good ingredients, made my morning very filling. -Coffee cake had that good balanced sweet flavor with coffee/chocolate/cinamon, so I know I will miss it. -Frappe had little unusal flavors; Hershey Chocolate and Reese’s Penut Butter Chocolate. What’s not to like?? One mild warning though is that the drive in space here is extremely small; 3-4 cars and that’s it. So if you go there during peak morning time, you may even have to wait on the actual streets cause there is no drive-in space for you to get into.

We stopped based on a local friends recommendation. Miner's cup did not disappoint. The kids love their hot chocolates. I was happy to see an Iced Caramel Macchiato on their menu. The 20 oz comes with 3 shots, which is standard. I'm used to quads. Only 50 cents for an extra shot, which is cheaper than what I'm used to, so that's cool :) My husband is enjoying the iced coffee. Affordable and friendly staff. Next time, we will order online, but the wait wasn't bad. Drive thru was full, so that wasn't an option this time. I'm glad to see a local business so busy. Your coffee is worthy of the hype!

If you're looking for a fantastic to-go restaurant with delicious food and drinks, this hidden gem is a must-visit! I love to grab food from here about once a week on average because it never gets old.

One of the things that make this place special is that they always have interesting specials on the menu. Whether you're in the mood for something sweet, savory, or spicy, you're sure to find something that tickles your taste buds. From their signature lattes to creative breakfast sandwiches, everything is always delicious.

Despite being a to-go only restaurant, the staff is always super friendly and welcoming. They'll make sure that your order is prepared perfectly and ready for you to pick up in no time.

The atmosphere of the restaurant is warm and inviting, even though it's to-go only. The decor is rustic and in taste with the Black Hills, with stylish accents that really do mimic a local mine from the 1800s. It's a great place to grab food on the go!

One thing to keep in mind is that this place can get pretty busy, especially during peak hours. If you're in a rush, I recommend ordering online ahead of time to avoid the wait. That being said, the wait is always worth it - the food and drinks are that good!

Overall, this to-go restaurant is a must-visit if you're in the area. The specials are always interesting, the staff are always friendly, and the atmosphere is always inviting. I highly recommend giving this place a try - you won't be...

During 3 days in Custer, I ended up here twice. The first day I was there for lunch. I had the Motherload wrap, which was delicious, as expected. I had a huckleberry Italian cream soda, which was amazing. Anything huckleberry = amazing. My aunt had the Rattlesnake Bite, which looked really good. I had a little bit of wrap envy. I was there for breakfast the second time, which made me very happy. The first time I had seen there was a wrap called the Double Barrel Shotgun, that contained biscuits and gravy. That's my go-to breakfast item, and I like to try it anywhere I might happen to turn up for breakfast. It did not disappoint. I thought the idea of it might be a little carb heavy, but they didn't put that much biscuit inside the tortilla, so it was perfect. I had an iced caramel macchiato with my wrap, and that was also wonderful. I don't even think they have dine-in there, and that's okay. We got our food and drove out to Custer State Park, sat by the lake, and ate our lunch. We got our breakfast and drove to a park to eat it. If you're at The Miner's Cup, particularly in the summer, just accept that there's no seating and go find a prettier place to sit,...

as a past local, i’ve seen so many different coffee shops in custer. this is by far the best coffee shop custer has ever had - the sandwiches are some of the best i’ve ever had, the coffee is brewed perfectly, and their espresso tastes so fresh! the staff obviously knows what they’re doing and they’re incredibly friendly. i refuse to get coffee anywhere else in custer, and always look forward to making trips to miners cup when i’m visiting from college! their menu has something for just about everyone, and the ambience of the drive thru gives you the cutest old timey western feel. if you’re a tourist and wondering where you should get coffee/a bite to eat, GO TO MINERS CUP. this is the only drive thru coffee shop i would willingly wait in a long line for! honestly, i could wait 3 hours and not even be bothered - thats how good this place is!

(also, reviews stating that the line would be long sometimes/service was slow: i believe a lot of their food is made to order, meaning it’s not just sitting half thawed on the counter! good things...
